Zach was very quick to get with me on replacing the springs on the garage door. He showed up on time and was very professional and thorough. He inspected and lubed everything as he went and noticed that the rollers could stand to be replaced as well since one was damaged and others were showing some rough wear. Very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend Prolift!

The technician make corrections on the previously done work. I said wow this man is real technical pro. He arrived on time gave me estimate cost and duration of the job. He told me how to grease the moving parts so as to extend their life. The service was above my expectation I bet such technicians are rare to find
