They came and gave me a quote February 17th. And said they specialize in dealing with home insurance companies and that there were more repairs that needed to be done than what my insurance company had written into their inspection assessment. They were going to work with them and let me know. I called multiple times to the inspector cell phone and office requesting status after a few weeks I was told that everything had been sent over to the insurance company and they were waiting to hear back. From the time I filed the claim with my insurance company they had an adjuster at my house within two days and the check mailed to me in less than a week so I doubt they would be the delay in this process. It is now May 18th and after multiple calls to cell and office, voicemails and emails I have still yet to hear back from them, or know where they stand with my insurance company, and since I signed their form agreeing to this where I stand! So I have siding off of my home for 3 months. I have since purchased a new home and starting back at ground 0 in this process.

I had a minor siding repair, but the spot was at the roofline of our 2-story house. We don't own a ladder that's tall enough, and we don't have the expertise to do a repair like this ourselves. Donnie was professional and courteous when he came for an estimate and returned to do the repair. Would definitely hire again, if needed.

We had a really bad storm approaching and knew our roof would leak if it wasn't temporarily tarped- Donnie rushed out and tarped our roof in 80+MPH winds and driving rain ,literally risking life and limb to make the repair- We will ONLY use this company going forward and I highly recommend you do too!

I worked with Donnie Mayes. He was very informative when he did the the initial inspection and explained everything that needed to be done. When they did the project the found additional damage, which they fixed, at no additional cost. He sent before and after pictures documenting everything that was completed. The front guy knows how to talk to people but that doesn't mean it's good. Things were a mess from the beginning. Not to mention the mess that was left in my yard for 2 days. Then they wanted to keep over the contract amount paid from the insurance company. Then we were charged more to look in to a dip in our roof that wasn't visible before. Gutters were bent and a piece of wood was broken that they claimed wasn't done by them.

They scheduled a roof inspection promptly. Donnie called and gave a professional assessment of the roof's condition and prior repairs. We had a leaking roof on a rental property and we were communicating from out of state. He sent pictures of the entire roof. We were able to feel confident in his integrity and we moved forward to have a new roof installed. Donnie was able to schedule us and complete the roof in a short period of time. He sent us pictures of the entire completed roof. We really appreciated the quick response and excellent communication. This was a great customer experience.
