I called to find out what options I had for a pest problem. They were helpful and gave me suggestions for what to do before I could get treatment done. They communicated via email about how to prep for the fist visit. There was a small snag, however. After calling another place and being advised to wait, I called and left a message to cancel the treatments. The first treatment they did not show up for but the second scheduled treatment they did. They called before coming to the scheduled 3rd treatment which I had to call and leave a message telling them not to come but it was on a holiday. I appreciate their follow through and their professionalism throughout the confusion.

I was really happy with the service. It was for ants infestation. They came as soon as I requested them. They also removed a huge spider on my porch. I think I just had them do exterior. I thought the price was reasonable.

It worked really well - lasted about 3 months.

This is the second year I have used Gold Seal, and they have been terrific. They have shown up on time or early for each appointment. The crew are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Definitely fewer bugs since they have been treating my house. I would highly recommend Gold Seal.

It went very nicely. They advised us to wait to renovate the house. They were professional and took care of number problems that we had-mice, ants, and termites.

The first part of the treatment went well. They have not have come out to the 2nd part yet. They sprayed the interior and exterior of the home. Scheduling went well and one technician came out to do the work. I am satisfied with the results they did.

Perimeter pest control 3x per year to control bugs. I was having roly poly bugs getting inside my house and saw the big deal they ran. Came out quickly and spread granules around the outside and never had anothe bug in the house again.

A few bees returned, but died promptly. We will not know how permanent this fix is until next summer, but things look good so far. Price and professionalism were great. I had called Terminex first, and will never call them again. They insisted on trying to sell me a yearly contract for inside and outside the house - for various types of insects. I simply wanted to get rid of the bees over our deck. I almost had to hang up on the Terminex lady to stop the sales pitch. If the bees return next season, I will call Gold Seal again.

They dug up 25th street in 2012 and everyone was getting bugs up thru their drains. our last treatment was on 5/2013, we have not seen them since. They are very through and go thru your home and show you other entry way for bugs!

I have noticed quite an improvement in the number of pill bugs and other insects on the back porch. I am thinking of using them for an annual service.

It worked out just fine. They just sprayed outside while we were gone. It took care of the problem for a few months. They said that it would last three months and it was just about right.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They did a good job as far as I can tell, I have not seen any bugs. They were prompt when they showed up. He called me and said he could not do it the day we scheduled because it was going to rain and was not a good idea. He was right and came first thing in the morning the next day. He serviced it and was very professional. He showed me a couple of things and we talked about a couple of areas that he gave me information on.

termite inspection - none found. crawling critter spray inside & out. will ask for another termite inspection next year.

They have been very good. We have been using them for a year, they are fine. They are just good, they are solid. When you don't have a problem you don't have to think about it, that means they are good.

A few details were not followed - calling the right phone number for my 30 minute window for arrival and they came to the wrong address for treatment (the technician came to my home address, instead of the rental property service address). Service and price are great.

They did a good job. We’ve continued to work with them. They really don’t give a lot of notice before they need to come out. Other than that, very happy with their service.
