They were fine. They seemed a little indecisive, like I wanted them to come in and tell me what I needed and they wanted me to tell them what I needed but I don’t know. I told them what I need and they said were I really wanted to spray so I thought isn’t it your job to do that. I feel bad that I wouldn’t be using them again and I am not saying that they are bad but just saying they were just okay. They weren’t like horrible or anything.

IT WENT FINE. THE REP WAS FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL AND DID A GOOD JOB.

Very well. I was impressed with their professional service and explanation of what they found, what needed to be done and what they were going to do.

It must have worked because I found dead bugs around the windows and doors and haven't seen them since then. He also spot treated the interior of where I saw ants and treated the exterior.

Easy to schedule with. Prompt, professional. Spiders gone the same day they came and have not come back in 6 months :) If they do, we'll call these folks back!

I am writing a second, maybe third, review of this service so Angie's List will stop asking me for a review every time I try to log in, and perhaps stop sending me emails about it. I realize reviews are the lifeblood of this process and I try to do my part, but this is ridiculous. I paid for a mosquito spraying. They sprayed. We had some mosquitoes, but not too many. I don't have anything else to say, but it is certainly annoying not to be able to use the rest of Angie's List without the constant badgering. BTW, this is in no way a reflection on Gold Seal. I'm sure they did fine. I don't really know.

no problems with the install. And the installer was considerate to my desire to not drill holes where I had plants and I really appreciated that.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The technician who came out was professional and eliminated our ant issue. I was satisfied with my experience with them.

I was disappointed with Gold Seal Termite & Pest Control Co. After the treatment there were still bugs that came back.

It was good. The technician was great, friendly, and very professional. He got the service done quickly. The scheduling was fine and they were flexible and it was simple and easy.

Casey came out and checked on the Ants and told me exactly what the problem is. The service is great. He was very thorough, explained it all and what we needed. I truly appreciated his time , attention, and knowledge. He was great and I will be a long term customer.

Gold Seal did an outstanding job! As requested, I received a call alerting me when they were on their way, and they arrived within the designated time period. I requested treating as minimally as possible to keep these insects out of the house, but to try not to poison their habitats in the yard and garden areas. They were very compliant. Gold Seal will also re-treat if one has a recurrence. The price listed was for a three treatment program I purchased - not this single treatment.

We called Gold Seal because we have Box elder bugs in our house as well as ants and spiders. When I called Phil was very honest and gave me several great tips and told me that there was nothing that could be done right now about the Box Elder bugs. We then purchased the Tri-annual deal offered on angie's list. They have applied the first treatment and sprayed inside for the ants. So far the ants are gone. Everyone that I spoke with from Gold Seal was very professional and friendly.

Purchased a big deal. The first of our three treatments went smoothly. Nice to have the peace of mind knowing we will get two more this summer/fall.

I purchased the big deal for a tri-annual pest control service. We had the first service done in Sept or Oct and after seeing the inital dead bugs laying around our house, we didn't seem to have any significant issues. The company indicated we were more than welcome to call if we saw an influx of bugs after the initial spray or any other pests (mice, etc). We are set to have our second service in the next couple of weeks. I called to set up a time slot for them to visit and it was very easy to get something for the following week. The exterminator called me before his scheduled time and let me know that because of the remaining snow, the outside spray would not be very effective and gave me the option to reschedule which I opted to do. So far, the employees have been very curtious and very prompt as well as educating.

The job was fine. My husband was there when he came. He was a very polite person and he was very nice. He did the job just fine. He was really fast.

Gold Seal did a great job of getting rid of the ants in our kitchen! Michael arrived promptly, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing, and what we could expect from them in the future, for any further ant problems. We will use them again in the future! I feel this is a great deal, and will recommend Gold Seal to others. Thank you Michael. Your company is lucky to have you!

I wasn't entirely sure if there was an issue with mice or not, but wanted the home to be baited and sprayed for ants. Sean (I think) came out and explained what he was going to do and how it would impact my dogs and cat. I really appreciated the information and felt better about using the ant spray in my home. He was very polite and informative. I was surprise by how thorough he was on his inspection and treatment of the home. He completed in less than half of the time that I expected and arrived near the beginning of the window of time I was given for arrival. I could not be more impressed with Sean or Gold Seal. I have used Gold Seal for many years and I recommend them to everyone I know. The office staff is very friendly and always go out of their way to work with my schedule. They always do the job right the first time, and always with a smile.

When electricians arrived to repair a dangerous electrical situation in our basement, they found our circuit breaker box being guarded by a large, angry opossum. I called Gold Seal Pest Control, explained that the situation was an emergency, and their wildlife experts, Josh and Jeremy arrived in less than 30 minutes. I wish I could give them an A++ for responsiveness! They not only captured the opossum, but also inspected my basement and found the remains of another opossum. They were fast, friendly, and were very respectful of my property and pets. When there were a few drops of blood from the opossum (it had bitten its tongue when struggling with the catch pole), they made sure to bring it to my attention quickly so that our elderly dog, Amy, didn't get contaminated with possible pathogens. They asked upfront if we wanted the opossum released or euthanized, which I appreciated. We chose to have him released. We plan to hire Gold Seal again when we're able to in order to mediate some other pest issues we've been experiencing.

It went well. The first month I didn't having it well, first few weeks I didn't have any bugs and then I called them, they came back out to spray inside and outside. I didn't have any problems with that. I called them about three weeks later when I started seeing bugs and they came out with no problem and sprayed again and so far no problems. I would use them again in the future.

Everything has been great. I was having problems with spiders. They're a good company. He was responsive. He came out when I needed him. Everything was good.

There was a young guy, a tech, was very good, explained everything. And they are very fair and very responsible. They billed me something in error and it took one phone call and I got all that straightened out; they were properly apologetic and then the manager himself came out the next time. I have no problems with them.

It worked very well. My husband was here for that and he told me it was fine. It was good. They were very helpful.
