After initial problems getting calls and emails returned-- a negative report of those problems on Angie's List got the vendor to contact me which seems to have solved our problems. A date and time for service was scheduled --- a date and time that were met exactly as promised. Service was performed and all appears well.

They have been awesome! They have been come back for certain cases without charging any additional fees. They have been phenomenal. I give them five stars!

We had a good experience with them. They have now become our regular pest control company. We purchase this service every year. They are very proactive and call us to get something scheduled. We get the same guy every time so he knows our family which is nice. It is all around a good relationship.

This is the second time we used them. We have been very pleased with their results and service. They were very honest and did not try to sale me extra services that we did not need. They arrived right on time and performed the services quickly.

To schedule, I spoke to the owner of the company and he was very helpful and informative. The technician that came out to the house was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely work with this company again.

Called the 1-800 number Thursday night. They were not able to schedule someone until Monday. They tried to upsell a yearly treatment plan, which I thought was overpriced compared to other offers ($140 + $35 per month). Price for our small home was quoted for $175, which was double the Angie's List Big Deal (didn't see it until later), it was also almost double another local business. Only 30 day warranty. Called another local business closer to our home, was able to schedule them for next day (Saturday) at almost half the price and 90 day warranty. Gold Seal phone reps were courteous and professional. I was able to cancel my appointment on Friday with no questions asked or problems. Once again, helpful phone contact, but prices and warranty were not competitive.

They did a great job! Were very honest and did not try to pressure us into more services or long term contracts. Very pleased.

I spoke to the owner initially who was very knowledgable and offered practical pest control advise that did not involve professional spraying. Once I contact them to schedule the appointment, that was fairly easy and they came out on a Saturday which was nice. The man that came out was quick, quiet, and professional. He said it would take a few weeks for the ants to completely disappear which was true and I haven't seen one since!

It went well. After purchasing the deal, I was contacted to set up the appointment. Since I wasn't required to be home, they came out at a time that would provide optimal results.

The service turned out well. The technicians were very nice and did exactly what the deal stated. They did great work and I no longer have pest. Scheduling them out was no problem.

They're reliable and we feel that they are very honest. We felt that the price was in line with the charge.

It went very well inside but it was raining so the provider said the would come back to finish the outside by the end of that wee. No one showed or called for a week. So we called and reminded them. They sent out another service tech and everything has been fine since then.

They have treated our home twice now. They first put the stuff in two years ago and I don’t really know if it’s working or not. They back came out last year for the second treatment, but we haven’t really had a follow-up with the company. The communications isn’t all that good and I don’t know how successful their treatments have been.

The last treatment was in October. I don’t feel $199 was worth their service, but I am considering with continuing service with them. They did take care of our problem which is the most important thing. If I find a provider that is just as good and cheaper with then I would go with them.

The technician was very thorough and explained what he was doing. He pointed out the areas around my home that were particularly troublesome. When he finished he gave me an opportunity to sign up for continued service but I declined at that time. A few days later I noticed little ants in my living room, not a lot but a few. I called Gold Seal and was told they would send someone out to inspect at no further charge to me. The technician came out and did another inspection inside and out. He explained that the ants were more than likely under the floor coming in through cracks in my foundation. He sprayed and laid down bait to feed what he called the foragers (finders of food for the nest). Needless to say when asked about a continued service contract I signed up. He even made it so I could easily afford the service by giving me a monthly payment plan. I have used Gold Deal in the past and have always been satisfied. They came out and discovered I needed a different service so I am getting a refund. They were professional, uniformed, very polite, and on time. They described the problem to me perfectly and explained how to handle it. We will be using them for termite control.

For the past 3 years, in early April/May we have an invasion of tiny ants in our kitchen that lasts for a month then they leave. When I saw this special and Gold's high rating I purchased the Angies List special. I am so happy I did, no ants this year, zero, none. They were professional and thorough. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any other pest issues!

I explained that I was remodeling the house and that I wanted it done before we move in. They said that there was no problem. The first scheduled application, they missed. So, we moved in without the firt treatment. They apologized and said they would give free applications for my inconvienance. I never heard from them so I looked at the receipt and it was hand written. It suprised me that there was no form. I have prepaid so now I am out money. They contacted me and during my initial appointment, they had computer problems. They gave me a free service and I am satisfied with their explanation. I will use them again.

Seems good so far, didn't grade quality because I just got the first spray and it's only been a month. Had some communication issues when I bought the deal, but everything worked out ok in the end.
