It went well, we just had to reschedule a couple of times because of the weather but other than that, it was fine. They were friendly. The guy that came out was very informative.

Went very well, within 7 days all the clover mites were gone.

We awoke to a gabillion insects covering our front door and porch. Fearful that they might be termites, we contacted Gold Seal. The friendly and professional Gold Seal Termite and Pest Control representative explained that these were ant swarmers who set up shop under slabs of concrete (like our porch). He treated the outside of the house and told us that we'd probably seen the last of them for this year. He also volunteered to go into the basement to look for infestation, there. We really appreciated that extra gesture!

I was confused what I actually signed up for. I called the company and changed to more of what I was looking for; an annual pest protection (not the termites). They were polite and honored a similar deal.

They were fine, they did a good job.

They went around the house spraying as well as the entryways. They have great communication, contacted me immediately after purchasing the big deal and followed up soon after. They have great customer service, I'm all about the customer service. I liked that they were efficient and timely.

In all aspects, Gold Seal Pest Control performed beyond my expectations. I'd never hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

The representative arrived on time. He was courteous. He asked me questions to make sure he understood the problem I wanted them to address. He then he explained what he was going to do before he took those actions. After he was done, he confirmed the actions he took and then he provided some additional information about what to look for in the next few days to weeks. I have been very satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend them.

The scheduling was easy, the technician arrived on schedule, and he was very professional. Furthermore, the technician was very knowledgeable and really took the time to answer my questions which I appreciated.

Appointment went well. Arrived at time of appointment. Explained what he was going to do. Answered my concerns about young children or pets staying away from treated areas. When he was done he mentioned a couple of things I should keep an eye on. We've used them before and will likely use them again.

He was prompt and friendly and came in and he was fast, maybe a little too fast. I had sent him a picture of what I thought was termites and he came to look at it, maybe five minutes later, he said, "Yep, they're there." I thought it was a little too fast.

I was remodeling a house and found a fairly severe infestation of termites inside a wall. I had Gold Seal treat our house. They sent a guy out who dug a trench around the entire house and drilled a few small holes in the concrete patio to treat. Within a day or two all the termites were gone and I haven't seen them back.

Came when they said they would and did what they said they would all for a reasonable price and were very pleasant and informative in the process.

scheduling of the appointments was very easy. the associate on the phone was very professional. i also received a courtesy phone call prior to the visits. during the visits for treatments all my questions regarding the chemicals used were answered.

The appointment went fine. He walked around and sprayed on the exterior of the house. Scheduling an appointment was fine as well.

Good. Technician arrived after time expected but called to inform us of the delay so it wasn't any big deal. Service was quick and effective.

I trust the bees will be gone.

Treated our house for ants and effectively got rid of them. They were kind to call and remind to schedule the follow-up treatments in the plan purchased.

It went very good. After they came out, the guy was very professional. Generally at this time of year, we are fighting off ants and we barely had an ant in the house. The price was excellent.

They were great. They did a great job. They came out on a rainy day and they did the right thing and they didn’t do it and then they came back out and did the job. I was very happy with them. They were very conscientious and I haven’t seen any bugs. They did not charge anything else. I thought they were reliable and very polite. I thought that was a good price for what they did. I thought they were conscientious because they could have done it that day then it was raining I would not actually have known the difference. They waited until it was the proper time to do it. I haven’t had any problems. They were very professional. I have used them in the past.

It was ok. He sprayed and the ants haven't come back so he did a good job.

I had an unknown animal(s) living (likely a female nesting) behind the walls of my house. I called Gold Seal and got an appointment with no problem. I was told the exterminators would come sometime after 12:00 noon on 4/02/2014. Since I heard nothing by 4:30 on 4/2 I called and was told they were still coming. They called on their way at approx. 5:30. Two exterminators arrived and confirmed it was a raccoon. Plus they found evidence of squirrels. They were able to find and show me the raccoon's entry point near our roofline. They used a male sent around the entry point to rid us of the raccoon. It worked because and we have no further evidence of a raccoon in our house. To rid us of the squirrels they set 3 traps + 3 cameras in a behind the wall storage area. Since it was raining, the exterminators did not go onto the roof to find other entry points & said they would be back at some point to go on the roof and check on our progress. As of the current, I have no evidence of squirrels or any other animals lurking behind the walls in our house. During the visit, the exterminators were very personable and seemed to really know their profession. Six (6) weeks went by and I heard nothing from Gold Seal. I decided to call them on 5/12/14 to see if they planned to finish and if they wanted their equipment back. I was told that it was unusual they failed to follow-up and that their exterminators would be out the next day after 12:00. No one showed up. The only call I received was at 6:13 P.M. on 5/13/2014 in which I was immediately disconnected. I have never heard anything more from Gold Seal. Maybe someday when they realize they have traps and cameras in my house they will contact me.

They were very helpful and were very prompt. He said he would be here between 10-11 am, called five minutes before 11 saying he was on his way, and arrived within 10 minutes. They didn’t find any termites in my crawlspace, but noticed there was moisture in there that could become a mold problem. He thinks my patio may also pose a problem as he thinks it’s allowing water to leak into there.

First of all when I called, the people I spoke with were very professional and answered my questions. They helped me decide on my best treatment options. We schedule the services and emails were exchanged. I got information about how to prepare for the treatment. The technicians showed up early! They were professional and got started right away. The technician was also very knowledgeable about the pest and how to best eradicate it.

Service went great. They were punctual and fit us into the schedule promptly. We had a clover mite sighting near one of the door thesholds that we feared was termites. The staff talked us through the problem on the phone in advance and gave us the peace of mind that it was not termites and that the clover mites are a nuisance insect and not damage causing. The technician took measures to only spray where it would not harm the dog and young baby. We will use Gold Seal again in the future.
