My Garage door spring needed replaced. I ATTEMPTED to use Premier to replace the spring. I never received a response to my voice mail that was left. I eventually located another company to replace my spring. I used Shelton Overhead Door of Kokomo. VERY please with promptness and price.

I was taken advantage because of my age, going on 70. Told me to change this and that. Turns out those changes were not needed. I want all of my money back for taking me for a ride.

They came out three times to make sure the job was done exactly how I wanted it. They are coming back out in September to add some more storage. They were willing to replace the whole door for a little bowing. Cheaper by far than anyone else in the area. Very satisfied.

Dave was prompt, helpful, and quickly and affordably repaired our door. He even found a very frayed and dangerous cable and replaced it. We will definitely use him again!

Dave Denney is simply top notch! Personable, professional, knowledgeable and responsive! We just relocated to the area and are so grateful so become connected with him. We have already referred him to other family members that already live in the area! It's wonderful to know there are people like him and companies like his to rely upon.

First, my phone call with Dave was very helpful as he instructed me how to close the garage door even though the opener was not working. Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. I highly recommend this company and will hire them should I need them again in the future.

Horribly. I bought the deal - including prepayment - and was never contacted by the provider over the course of a week. I tried Angie's List messaging. I also tried calling and got no answer - and their voicemail was full and not accepting new messages. In the end, I gave up and had Angie's List refund the payment and went with somebody else - how got our door fixed in the same day (even though I called them at 4).

Matt was AMAZING!! He was friendly, courteous, and a true professional. We learned so much about our openers and are so grateful for all the information he provided us. We would not hesitate for a moment to hire this company again. AWESOME!!

Fantastic! They were very responsive, able to work me in on a Friday afternoon. The door was in a dangerous condition, and required emergency service. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and price was great! They were able to match the door to our other door, and had it done in a day. I would highly recommend Premier Garage Doors!

Really, really well. He was here right on time. He had the part he suspected was the issue in his truck, fixed it, tightened up the support brackets, greased everything up, put it all back together. He said the door was in good shape but the gears wear out every 10-12 years (mine is 13 years old...other one was OK and he said that). Said that the rollers were in good shape, too, so don't let someone try to sell you new ones. Not only did he know what he was doing - he did it all with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend!

Premier Garage Doors was wonderful! Their prices were lower than 6 other companies I called, and they had a large selection of doors to choose from in my price range. They even threw in a part for free that will lengthen the life of my door! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

I am writing to give Premier garage doors the highest possible rating. In late April I hired another contractor to repair my garage door that was making a loud noise and would no longer go down smoothly. The contract immediately told me that I needed springs, rollers, and wiring. Which cost me over $800. After completing the work, I was left with the same problem. The technician then looked at the motor and told me that he didn’t know how long it would last because it was defective. To save money, he suggested I purchase new one at a local retailer for $300-$400. Next, he said that I should contact him to personally install for it for an additional $200. Two weeks later the garage door opener was completely inoperable. This is when Premier garage doors tech Dustin came to my rescue. Dustin not only diagnosed the problem, unbeknownst to me, contacted the previous contractor, and negotiated on my behalf regarding their price gouging tactics and defective work. The prior contractor assured Dustin that they would apply a partial refund, the garage door now works perfectly. Needless to say I am eternally grateful to Dustin for your professionalism, assistance, and honesty. Premier garage doors is a perfect choice for garage repair needs.

The first conversation I had with Dave I asked him if he had an estimated cost of what he thought the garage would cost. We went through our options and he told me the most cost efficient way was to purchase an eCommerce from AL. He didn't try to up sell but told me the best way to save money. Dave came out on Tuesday and looked at our garage door. He offered some advice on how he believes the garage door was damaged. Since he wasn't able to install the door on Tuesday, he secured the door and placed an extra lock on it to ensure that no one could come in the garage while we weren't home. He also fixed our garage door opener and realigned the sensors so that we can properly utilize our garage door opener. I wouldn't go through another garage door company again. He made us feel comfortable with the decision to go with his company with his honesty and knowledge about what he was doing.

The two gentlemen who came out were very professional and very pleasant. They came out to my house initially for the $99 garage door tune-up, but after they got there I told them I couldn't raise the garage door. After a quick look at the motor, they told me why it wasn't working. It was already 25+ years old, so it came as no surprise it was time for a new one. The new motor, including installation, was approximately $275 plus tax. They were very fast and efficient. I believe from the time it took them to get there, do the tune-up, replace the motor, check all the wiring and finish up took under one and one-half hours. More than what I had intended to spend, but very happy that I have a working garage door! I've never priced garage door motors, but to me it was for the most part reasonable and I didn't have to try to do it myself (which would have been a total disaster).

I love this company. Always a great experience each time they've come out. My keypad was not able to take me reprogramming so I had to buy a new pad and an extra door opener. I will forever use these guys!

Premier Garage Doors was awesome! I called yesterday for them to come take a look at the garage door I needed replaced, they came out within a couple of hours, gave me a price and said they could do it this week. They called later in the day and said they could be here to do the job this morning. They were done, start to finish in a matter of a few hours. Quality door and service! Would definitely recommend!

I try to always support small businesses. In a lot of cases you deal with the owners. This often results in more personable service, which was the case with Premier Garage doors. Dave and Dustin showed up right on time,phoning first to give notice that they were on their way. They were very pleasant and professional. Explained everything and did the work. If I ever need a new garage door I will be sure to use them.

Installed door same day that I called at a cost that was good. made sure that I was satisfied with installation.Removed old springs and old garage doors so there was no mess for me to clean up.Had professional work attitude though whole job.

The door works as good as new. GREAT JOB!!! The door runs smooth up and down, The guys ran the door many cycles to test there work. I plan on building a new garage this summer and Premier Garage Doors will be installing all the doors for my new garage. Highly recommended company and there trucks are professional with the company logos so you know who is coming your house. Thanks keep up the good work!!!

Dustin was very thorough and answered my questions about the equipment he installed. I would hire him again to do this kind of work or landscaping. He was very prompt in arriving and he also gave me a free estimate on landscaping.
