Daniel and James were professional from applying booties inside to expertise of completing the carpet stretching. Timely, efficient and clean.

The technicians were delayed by a previously scheduled cleaning but failed to call to advise us, therefore I Rated them 4stars rather than 5stars. However, they were apologetic, professional and, most I,portamtly, extremely thorough My 10 year old carpet looked new and I have never had any company to clean the stairs as well as PME. They are a real find.

They were very efficient, used their own water which was located in their work truck. They even left plastic footies for me to put over my shoes while my carpet dried! I definitely will be calling them back and recommending them to my friends and family!

He worked diligently, explained everything to me as to what he was doing, and I would give him a 6.0 for value for money if I could. He was teaching another person at the time he was at my home, and was very patient in instructing the person. I had several black marks on my cream furniture, and it ended up being spotless. He was very careful working with my type of upholstery fabric taking into consideration of the strength of the cleaning solution.
