Steve gave me an estimate for the work. Was very thorough in discussing what needed to be done. I did have to call and remind him that he was going to give us an estimate. This company's estimate was the highest of 4 companies we received and $1600 more than the next lowest. We decided not to use this company.

Steve Chenowith, the estimator, was very pleasant and professional, and managed to schedule the paving before my vacation ended so that I could be there on paving day. Jeff Phillips, one of the co-owners, was there with the grading and prep crew, and he returned with the paving crew. He explained the whole process to me. I had concerns about water getting into my garage. Jeff guaranteed that it would not happen and several rains since proved that he was correct. I couldn't believe that they finished the whole job in less than three hours, but with eight guys all working on it, they wasted no time. The drive looks great (especially the edges). Jeff gave me information about caring for it. All this from the lowest bidder. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They are quite the perfectionists and my driveway looks artistic it is so well done.

We called to get an estimate and we did get a call back advising estimator going on vacation and would call back in a week. No call back, I called and left another message, no call back.

We signed the contract in March and it rained so much the work could not be completed until April. Steve Chenowith stayed in touch with us letting us know he would do the work as soon as weather permitted. When he did the work his crew was professional and they left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommend these people.

Excellent experience in all respects. Hard-working crew, and they addressed all of our specific concerns, attended to details, including areas of particular disrepair, and very competitive price.

Salesman was responsive with quote and clear about the work that would be performed. Owner supervised the job. I asked for some modifications and the quote/cost of the additional work was very reasonable. The job was done on time and for the proposed price. Very professional crew, good equipment and very neat.

Company was called over 30 days ago to come out to give an estimate on replacing a driveway. The receptionist said "the saleman will call you in the next couple of days to set up a time to come out". No one from this company called back. Now, after 30 days a lady called back and asked if someone came out to give an estimate and I said "no, and if they would like they need to be here the next day to give an estimate because we already had 3 of them". The receptionist then replied "I will have the saleman call you tonight". Guess what, NOTHING once again. I find this company to be very unprofessional at this point and would not reccomend them. They must be desperate for work to call back after 30 days looking for work.

I was interested in some driveway re-asphalting for my business parking lot. I called twice and spoke to the receptionist. She took my name and number, but I never received a return phone call. The work was done by another company.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID JUST AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THESE PEOPLE WERE AWESOME! WE TOO, WERE IMPRESSED THAT THE OWNER CAME & WORKED ALONGSIDE HIS CREW. THEY GAVE US THE SLOPE FOR DRAINAGE WE DESIRED & THEY HARDLY GOT A SPECK OF ASPHALT ON OUR NEWLY INSTALLED DECORATIVE BRICK & TIMBERS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DRIVE. THEY WERE PROMPT & PROFESSIONAL. WHEN WE CALLED THIS COMPANY FROM SEEING THE SIGN IN SOMEONE'S YARD WE HAD NO IDEA WHO THEY WERE. WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT OUR HOME WE WERE SHOCKED TO LEARN THAT THEY WERE FROM A BAND WE HAD LISTENED TO FOR YEARS, BLIND SIDE! A LOT OF TIMES UNFORTUNATELY, PEOPLE WE KNOW HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT WE KNOW THEM & DON'T DO AS GOOD A JOB, INCLUDING SOME IN OUR OWN FAMILY. THESE PEOPLE HOWEVER DID A SUPERB JOB, TIMELY & PROFESSIONALLY! THE NEXT TIME WE SAW THEM PLAY WE HAD A NEW RESPECT FOR THE HARD WORKERS THEY ARE, WE ALREADY KNEW THEY WERE GREAT MUSICIANS! WE DON'T KNOW HOW THEY WORK THAT HARD ALL DAY & THEN STILL HAVE THE ENERGY TO PLAY SO GREAT AT NIGHT! THEIR PRICE WAS GOOD & WE'RE SATISFIED!

ESTIMATING, WORK, AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS ALL DONE WELL.

JOE PHILLIPS AND GENE ARNOLD, HIS ESTIMATOR, WERE PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO OUR INQUIRIES AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS IN ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PAVING WORK AND WITH THE FOLLOW-UP CONTACTS THEY MADE WITH US. WE WOULD USE THE COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED THAT THE OWNERS ACTUALLY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK. WE HAD TO WORK AROUND BOTH OF OUR SCHEDULES AND BAD WEATHER, BUT ONCE THEY GOT OUT HERE THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

OWNERS OF COMPANY INVOLVED. ON-TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT WORK PRODUCT. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

THEY LAID A NICE THICK LAYER, THEY ALSO PREPARED THE DRIVEWAY WELL. THEY SPENT A LOT OF PREPARATION TIME ON ONE OF THE HOTTEST SUMMER DAYS.

ESTIMATOR WAS PROMPT WITH RETURNING CALLS, BUT HE WAS NOT THE SCHEDULER. I GAVE THEM PLENTY OF NOTICE AND WAS VERY FLEXIBLE, BUT THEY KEPT BUMPING MY PAVING DATE. I HAD TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND THREATEN TO TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER COMPANY. AFTER THAT, EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THEY DID A NICE JOB FINISHING THE EDGES AND MAINTAINING THE CONCRETE GUTTER ALONG THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE.

EVERY PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. STEVE WAS POLITE, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, AND PROMPT. THEIR PRICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL. EVEN THE NEIGHBORS COMMENTED ON HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY WERE, AND WHAT A GOOD JOB THEY DID. WHEN RAIN DELAYED THE WORK STEVE CALLED RIGHT AWAY TO LET ME KNOW, AND CONFIRMED HE WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE THRILLED WITH OUR DRIVEWAY!

THE DID A GREAT JOB. IT RAIN AFTER THEY PUT IT ON AND THEY CAME BACK OUT TO REDO IT WITH NO PROBLEMS.

PHILLIPS DID A GREAT RESURFACING JOB ON A DETERIORATED ASPHALT DRIVEWAY. THE WHOLE JOB FROM ESTIMATE TO COMPLETION WAS HANDLED FLAWLESSLY. A PLEASURE DEALING WITH THEM.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. AFTER OBTAINING ESTIMATES FOR THE SAME WORK, I SELECTED PHILLIPS AND WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS

THE PREP WAS GOOD. EXTREMELY CLEAN, NO DEBRIS ANYWHERE. GOOD, HARDWORKING CREW OF PEOPLE.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY TOLD US THAT WE DIDN'T NEED TO HAVE A NEW DRIVEWAY PUT IN, THAT IT JUST NEEDED SEALED. WE APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THEY WERE THE LOWEST PRICE. NORMALLY I WOULD THROW OUT THE LOW BID BUT I FELT GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY. IT WAS NICE THAT THERE ALWAYS WAS AN OWNER ON THE JOB (PREP WORK AND ASPHALT WORK) WHO ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. ALSO, THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE CALCULATED AND DELIVERED IT BEFORE LEAVING. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND MADE NO ATTEMPT AT A HARD SELL OR ANYTHING. OVERALL, THEY DID EVERYTHING I WANTED AND ASKED FOR AT A GOOD PRICE.

SHOULD HAVE CLEANED STREET & EDGES UP BETTER.
