Description of Work: I told the lady that the new facut was in the house waiting and that I needed a new shut off valve for hot and cold. all this was to be done in one day which was 2 july. I called late august , renter told me they came but needed something else, finally done but charged for 2 visits. if u want more info, call me at 808-221-6686 and ill explain everything else.I WILL NOT RECOMEND THEM EVER AGAIN. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK TO FIND OUT WHY I WAS VERY UPSET, THEY GOT THEIR MONEY THATS ALL THEY CARED ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

We appreciate your feedback. We try and use all our feedback regardless of if it is positive or negative to get better as a company. I am very sorry we could not meet your expectations on this service call. Given that you were very unhappy, I got with our service dispatcher and office manager to make sure I had all the details regarding this particular call. The first invoice dated July 2nd was when we were called out to your property to install the faucet you had purchased. When he arrived, the service technician diagnosed you had a leak at the shutoffs on the sink. This was going to be an additional charge, but something that needed to be taken care of to complete the job. We pride ourselves on taking care of all issues that may be present when installing something for a customer. The service technician attempted to call you, but was unable to get a hold of you (I am guessing this may have been due to a time difference given that you reside in Hawaii). Because we were unable to get a hold of you, we did not complete the repair at that time. We did charge you for the service call because we did send a technician out to the home, he diagnosed the issue, but was unable to get a hold of you to approve the repairs. I wish he could have made the repairs at that time and avoided a return trip, but sometimes these things happen when a homeowner lives out of state. In our system it shows that our service dispatcher called the following day to attempt to reach you again, but was unable to get a hold of you and left a message. At this point in time, we were awaiting your call back to approve the repairs. When you called back to schedule, we completed the repairs and according to the service ticket and the invoice you were charged labor to install the new faucet, and our flat rate price for repairing the leak at the sink. You were not charged for an additional service call on this visit. I would be more than happy to send you a copy of the invoice which reflects these charges. Again, I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service. I do want you to know that we take our level of service very serious. It can be a little tricky when dealing with out-of-state homeowners, but we try our best to accommodate the situation.

Description of Work: remounted toilet to floor - previous installation by another vendor was incorrect. Discovered where leaked water was resting and dripping. installed kitchen sink faucet. It went very well. All mess and debris were cleaned up. Totally satisfied and will recommend them to anyone.

From your review, it seems like you are disappointed in how you were charged for the service. You felt like our technician sat in his truck to pad the time it took for the repair. We understand this is a concern of a lot of customers, and I can tell you I have had this same concern when getting something done at my house as well. Fortunately, we use flat rate plumbing pricing. We have an entire book of repairs with an associated price for each repair based on the average time it takes to complete said job. The reason for the use of flat rate pricing is to avoid customers feeling like they are being charged for time not applied to the job. Our technician should have given you the price before starting the repair and had you approve it. I know for a fact that we have a flat rate price for fixing a leak on an outside faucet. If this was not the case, I do apologize. This is unacceptable and something we will address with the technician that was out at your home. If you ever have any need for service, I ask you give us a call. If you have any hesitation, feel free to ask for me personally, and I will make sure you are treated fairly and the work is completed correctly.
