Upon reading your review, I, personally, reviewed your service history. According to our records, we installed your system back in 2005. From the time of installation until this past visit your unit was working properly without any issues. On March 23, 2015, you called our service department because the unit was not heating properly. For this visit, we charged you our reduced service fee for service agreement customers of $75.00. On the visit, one of our certified technicians diagnosed the issue as being a failed blower motor. We presented you the repair price to fix the issue, you approved the repair, and we then ordered the part. We returned and installed the part and left the unit in working order. The price we charged was our discounted service agreement price. I apologize if this was not explained to you at the time. You have been a customer of our for a very long time and we hope to keep you as a customer. I hope this clears up any confusion there may have been during this whole process.
