My experience was really good. They were very quick. They did break a few fence posts while working, but they replaced them. So, everything was pretty good. I would tell a friend or a family member looking to use them that I researched them through Angie’s List and the experience was really good and easy.

I had 3 companies come out and give me estimates on replacing my boiler unit. What i actually wanted those other companies told me wasn't possible. I wanted a gas forced air unit installed in the attic with my central AC unit. Peterman actually told me that was probably the most affordable thing and might help the resale value on my home. I called a real estate friend of mine that they were right. People are normally a little scared of buying a house with a boiler unit. Everything went great, House is nice and warm, that old ugly boiler is gone.

Everything went really well. They were able to get work scheduled the same day that I called. Matt, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the work quickly.

They did good work and this all based on my last service call. Prior to that they installed a furnace in my new home and I was much more pleased with them on that occasion. I would only use them again only for certain things not for the type of work that I had them do the last time. I just think they were way way overpriced.

The plumber came out and told me that Peterman could not do that kind of work, and we were not charged for the estimation visit.

He arrived on time and provided options and explanations. He was professional and finished quickly.

They were good. We have used them a quite few times and had very good luck with them. They were great. They worked really well with me and seem pretty honest and respectful. I recommend them and would use them again.

It must have been good. I don't have any recollection of it going poorly. The guy was real friendly and he was helpful. I was happy with the cost. We were able to buy a coupon which made it very affordable. It wasn't a normal call, so it was really nice that they made it work. The guy came out and looked at everything and said it was safe so it was good.

We called mid-October and the servicing was done at end of month. The serviceman arrived on time and did a thorough check. Very satisfied with the service performed. We have a Bryant heating system.

Great-the plumbers were knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Mr. Cooper gave me many options from some basic repairs to pointing out additional work that could be done (replace faucets or try a fix that may or may not work) or work that needed to be done eventually (sump pump was routed into the sewer system, now against code, and would need to be fixed at some point before selling the house).

Everything was done very satisfactorily and professionally and I was very pleased with their work.

Two guys came to our house to give us a quote on a installing new piping, replacing a valve and repairing a small gas leak in our crawl space. They quoted us $1,600. However, once we told them that Benjamin Franklin quoted us $805 they were willing to come down to $800. We ended up hiring a licensed plumber that did the work for $151. Ridiculous....We will use Christopher Plumbing from now on because he is licensed, reliable, responsive and reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and support small, localized business....Companies like this claim that's what they are but it is clear that they are ripping people off.

Suggested I needed a new water softener. However, I only need a new tank.

Quoting process was pleasant - the service tech was curteous, and explain all the details. Pricing was normal as expected - their price was competitive -comparably more than other companies, however, they were providing 95% efficiency Furnace versus 80% Installation - A bit of mixed up with the size and thermostat - solved within 30 minutes apparantly, the tech quoting did not realized that flue pipe needed more space (ended with hole on my drywall) Work was done within the promised time and area was decently cleaned. Overall experience - good as expected.

Excellent. The gentleman who came to work on the toilet was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. We checked all four of the toilets in the house and ended up with one having a major issue. From the moment that I first called to when he arrived at my doorstep was only 30 minutes, which is incredible! I couldn't recommend them more highly and will use them any time I have plumbing work in the future.

They were quick to come out and give and estimate on a Friday. I decided on that same Friday to move forward with getting their AC unit and they were able to install it on Monday. Great and quick service!

They were on time, professional, & did a great job. During their presentation of picking out a furnace, they were considerate to suggest a furnace with my needs & price that I could afford. They included extra filters and a check up in a year. Servicemen were excellent in clean up after installation.

I was impressed at the care that the plumber took to determine only what actually needed to be done, instead of just saying that the whole line needed to be replaced. The sewer line now has a proper fall to it towards the house main line. After the work was done, the plumber returned the next day at our request to replace the wax ring on the toilet because something broke the seal and sewer gases were sneaking out when we turned on the house attic fan. It was a quick fix, and the plumber once again took the time to properly diagnose that the wax seal was the most likely culprit.

Jason was extremely courteous, thorough, and knowledgable in diagnosing and then resolving the compressor unit. We didn't realize that the previous owners had installed a Duke Energy control box for the A/C unit that had turned it off leaving us with no cooling. This was only after we had electrical issues with the main meter box having a dropped neutral connection on one of the phases. This resulted in the compressor unit only getting 120V at the panel instead of 240V and preventing it from powering up despite the Duke Energy control box being disabled. It was through the process of figuring out just what was actually going on that Jason went above and beyond what was expected of him and got the unit up and running as well as performing a cleaning on the unit while waiting for the electrician to complete the repair on the meter unit on the house. I was really impressed with Jason's thorough approach to the service call and his commitment to making sure he had answered all of the questions I had about the unit as well as the capacity of our A/C unit for our home. We are definitely glad we chose Peterman as our HVAC service company.

Brian got it open when another company said they couldn't do it (and they even had a bigger machine)
