Description of Work: My furnace was getting old and I had been replacing parts over the past couple of years. The system developed a freon leak. Due to the problems with trying to track a leak and the age of the system, I decided to have it replaced. Peterman was prompt in getting a sales person out to give options and quotes. I scheduled the install for a few days later. They were on time to start the installation and completed the install earlier than estimated. The only issue was they did not bring concrete to patch a hole in my floor after re-routing pipes. One of the installers came back about an hour later and patched the hole.

Unit running well.
Description of Work: 98 temperature outside, A/C broke down. Called, call back promptly, arrived promptly, done running in about 1 hour - replaced capacitor. My service agreement had ran out, renewed it as well & told me to schedule tune up to keep.

Description of Work: My experience was great from the very beginning. My 19 year old AC unit was leaking freon and when I went to start my furnace, it did not start. I had another company come out (one of the big companies in town that does all the advertising) and they diagnosed it as a seized up inducer motor and it would be a $700 repair. Peterman's advertised a free second opinion, so I called them and they came out within two hours and confirmed the earlier diagnosis. They offered to quote a replacement for both units (furnace/AC). Their quote was the least expensive of the three I received (the other two were from the large advertisers in town). The quotes were all comparable as they all quoted Bryant units. Not only was Peterman's the lowest cost, they beat the other two and I received a new thermostat ($300 value) to maximize the efficiency of my 95% efficient furnace. On the day of installation the two person crew arrived on time. It took them the whole day to remove the old units, install the new ones (and level my new AC unit with additional support and gravel), and clean up. My advice to anyone looking for a Bryant unit, call Peterman's and have them give you a quote. In my case they saved me over $1000 from the highest quote, gave me more value (upgraded thermostat) and had great customer service throughout the process.
