great company!

This is such a difficult thing to talk about due to the enormous amount of grief involved in loosing our 19 year old cat. We had to make a difficult decision and they helped us. We did not want to take our cat to the vet for this and they gave us the name of a wonderful vet who came to our house to put our cat down. She was very ill and suffering, but able to die peacefully while I held her in my lap. Pet Angel came to our house, provided counseling, and took our cat to be cremated. They continued to keep contact with us and helped us through a very difficult time. I am so grateful to them. I found that their level of care was similar to the hospice care provided to our family during my mother's final illness and death. I can only say thank you.

Our pet passed away in the evening and we called Pet Angel to take care of the arrangements. We talked with the owner late in the evening (she was available) and she came and picked our pet up the next morning. They were excellent, compassionate and made the event less traumatic. They are definately a company that took care of us and our pet.

The entire experience was incredible. Coleen and her staff were extremely supportive and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend their services for anyone who loses a pet.

The vet who came to the house to euthanize my kitty suggested I call Pet Angel Memorial Center. I called and spoke with Colleen who was so supportive and understanding. She offered to come pick her up as soon as I wanted, but when I told her I wanted to keep her home a while so everyone (including animals) could say good bye, she agreed and suggested I keep her home overnight. That was wonderful and I chose to take her over to them the next day. Colleen and her staff were so kind and considerate, telling me how beautiful she was, which made me feel good (and cry, but they had lots of Kleenex). They have the most beautiful selection of urns, garden stones and jewelry to remember your pet. They gave me information on grief and some little memorials (in addition to helping me pick out the perfect memorial for her). I highly recommend this company. They understand that you've lost a member of your family and strive to help you through in many ways.

Coleen and Pet Angel handled the cremation of a pet we had for only a month. The pet died after complications from surgery. Brian met us at the Pet Angel office on a Sunday morning to take care of everything. This is the second time we have used Pet Angel and they are simply fantastic. Because of what happened and the fact that we are a repeat customer, Coleen performed the cremation free of charge. They followed up twice by telephone to check on how the family was doing and sent us a sympathy card too. This is one business that really does care. Thank You, Coleen!

Colleen was absolutely wonderful. She came on short notice as the death of our dog was unexpected and we had four children who were very upset. She handled the entire process with great dignity and made the transition as best as could have possibly have been imagined.

She's a wonderful person who understands what you're going through. She really made the death of my pet a little more tolerable than it would have been if I had been on my own. I think she's a gifted person. She gives you fur, an urn, and a footprint of them.

OUR SON'S PET GUINEA PIG DIED SUDDENLY AND WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO OTHER THAN BURY HIM IN THE BACK YARD. I KNEW SOME PEOPLE HAD THEIR DOGS OR CATS CREMATED, BUT HAD NO IDEA HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS. I FOUND PET ANGEL IN THE YELLOW PAGES, CALLED EARLY IN THE MORNING, RECEIVED AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND HUNG UP. WITHIN 15 MINUTES OWNER COLEEN ELLIS CALLED SAYING SOMEONE HAD CALLED HER NUMBER AND ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG. WE EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND COLEEN WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING. SHE EXPLAINED OUR OPTIONS AND WE AGREED ON THE SPOT TO HAVE DYLAN CREMATED. COLEEN ARRIVED SOON AFTER, CAREFULLY WRAPPED DYLAN IN A BLANKET AND TOOK CARE OF THE REST. SHE LATER MET WITH OUR SON AND HE PICKED OUT A LOVELY URN. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE. YOU CAN SPEND AS LITTLE OR AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE. COLEEN WAS JUST WONDERFUL! SHE IS A SPECIAL PERSON MAKING A SAD EVENT EASIER TO DEAL WITH. SHE IS RESPECTFUL, SINCERE AND EVEN SENT US A SYMPATHY CARD REGARDING OUR LOSS. A WONDERFUL LADY DOING SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL

COLEEN ELLIS WAS EXCEPTIONAL. SHE WAS VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE PROVIDED A PRICELESS SERVICE FOR US. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESPECT GIVEN TO US AND OUR PET. WE LIKED THE FACT THAT OUR PET WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND WOULD BE CREMATED INVIDUALLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PET ANGEL FOR ANYONE GOING THROUGH THE LOSS OF A PET.

COLEEN ELLIS REALLY HELPED ME THROUGH THE GRIEF PROCESS. IT WAS RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THEY HAD AN OPEN HOUSE FOR THOSE THAT HAD LOST THEIR PET. A PICTURE OF EVERYONE'S PET WAS ON A CHRISTMAS TREE. MY DOG PASSED WHEN HE WAS ONLY 7 AND SHE HELPED, SO MUCH. WONDERFUL PERSON AND WONDERFUL SERVICE.

COLLEEN IS WONDERFUL, CARING, SENSITIVE AND PERFECT FOR THIS JOB. SHE ASKED ALL ABOUT OUR DOG, LISTENED TO ALL THE DOG STORIES, AND SINCERELY SYMPATHIZED WITH US. IT'S ACTUALLY NOT A JOB FOR HER, YOU CAN TELL. SHE LOVES WHAT SHE DOES, SHE TRULY CARES FOR THE ANIMALS, AND SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK AND WHEN TO LISTEN. YOU MAY NOT THINK YOU WANT SOMETHING LIKE THIS WHEN YOUR PET DIES -- I DIDN'T. BUT AFTER I COULD GO AND SAY GOODBYE TO MY BABY, IT WAS SUCH A RELIEF AND GAVE ME CLOSURE. I WAS REALLY HAPPY THAT COLLEEN ENCOURAGED ME TO COME AND TELL OUR LITTLE DAISY GOODBYE. SHE KNOWS THE GRIEVING PROCESS AND KNOWS HOW TO HELP YOU THROUGH IT, EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T.

SHE MADE A COURTESY CALL TO OUR VET WHEN IT WAS STILL TOO UPSETTING TO SPEAK OF, UPON THE TRAGIC DEATH OF OUR CAT. SHE OFFERED A BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY MEMORIAL DAY AT HER CARMEL-BASED FACILITY, WITH AN ORNAMENT MEMENTO OF OUR ''KITTY''. SHE BROUGHT OUT A ''SWEETNESS'' TO OUR TRAGEDY AND WE ARE NOW THE PROUD OWNERS OF TWO NEW KITTENS, ABLE TO MOVE ON AND FILL OUR HOME WITH ''JOY'' AGAIN. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR PET ANGEL MEMORIAL, I DON'T BELIEVE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MOVE ON SO SMOOTHLY. SHE IS ON THE CUTTING EDGE OF A MARKET THAT NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED.
