Description of Work: Excellent work fair pricing. Very considerate of our needs. We lost use of our furnace in April when it was still very cold. They immediately provided us space heaters to get us through until they could get the furnace installed. The installation was within 3 Days of our problem. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: I've used these guys for years. Top notch service. |Jeff, one of their service guys, is awesome. He actually troubleshoots and fixes things rather than swapping out expensive parts. Very thorough, and a very personable guy. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner had been installed by someone who turned out not to be qualified. We had many problems over the 3 years it was installed. During the summer of 2014 it stopped functioning completely in July. We called Perdue (AKA Swift). Perdue diagnosed the problem quickly. They attempted a lower cost fix first, hoping not to have to replace the indoor coil. Unfortunately, the wrong size coil had been installed by the original workman, so the coil did have to be replaced as the AC continued to work erratically. Jeff Horn from Perdue did an outstanding job. He was professional in both manner and skills. He and the Perdue staff we had phone contact with behaved with appropriate concern for our problem. The AC continued to work perfectly throughout the summer. We will use Perdue for all our heating and AC needs from now on.

Description of Work: They checked air conditioner, filter, thermostat, and blower. We signed up for a continuous plan. Cost $158.00. They will return in fall to check furnace. I believe that will cost less.
