I have used them for at least 10 years. The last time they were here I had a coupon and got it for $79.00. I give them an A rating and I will use them again.

I am on an annual maintenance service, which is nice but we have to pay for additional parts, if any need to be bought. I have always been able to get someone here pretty quick. They have been thorough, professional, and down to earth. They have done a great job for me, and have came in and done what they had to do. Their price also seems to be the same as other companies, and is probably less than the bigger one. I really have no complaints.

It was wonderful. I got really nice equipment, and they did not oversell or undersell me. I have been getting decent utility bills, and have been quite happy with their work.

They are good and they have always done a good job for us. We have a yearly contract with them. They come out every 6 months to take care of our furnace and air conditioning system. Something that is best about them is the way in which they service our furnace and our AC. We had them do some other work that was tedious and wasn't done as per our expectations. However, Scott is the man who services our furnace and he came out and made everything right. So, I don't have any complains. We scanned the phone book and called all the people who had the same name as his when he moved from one company to another company. We then finally found out as to where he worked. Our furnace was messed up by another company and so, we had to buy a whole new furnace and Scott has been servicing it ever since. He had serviced our old furnace and is now servicing our new furnace too. So, we are happy with that. He does a great job for us, but we are not happy with their other work. We are not hiring them for anything else other than servicing our furnace and our AC anymore. The price that they charge is reasonable too. We have also recommended them to my daughter and she uses their services as well.

Professional estimate and installation. Alan provided great information on various options (AC vs HP), heating & cooling costs, and payback. Their installers were professional and clean, and responsive to questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It was great! They were very prompt - he let me know that they were going to be a little late due to the weather, which was fine.

They were prompt and cleaned up very well. I thought that they did a really good job. I did not feel like I was being taken for. My a/c unit now works efficiently. Overall this was a good experience, I even got a maintenance agreement with them and they serviced my heating unit as well.

Everything went as expected. He showed up on time and was careful to not track into the house. He had brought a replacement filter with him, as requested. I was happy with the work.

Company came out and gave me a bid for work. After approval, they replaced the air conditioning unit on the furnace and outside with 2 days. They did great work and have very professional workers. I have used this company for over 10 years and they continue to provide great service.

The workman arrived as promised. He serviced the furnace in a timely manner. He offered to put a filter in the humidifier. When I said that I would get one, he told me where to get it. Overall the job did not take long. The workman was very pleasant, we chatted for a few minutes & that was it.

The employees are vigilant about maintaining a clean working environment and very courteous. This is a great contractor.

We had a furnace quit us in the freezing cold winter and we contacted swift because we had used them in the past. Because it was an emergency they were out the same day. They did some repair work, but based upon the repair cost I opted for a new furnace. Because I purchased it through them they didn't charge for the initial repair.

The work was performed in November 2005. We were very impressed with Marc Coffman, the owner, and his employees. Marc was very knowledgeable, not only about his products, but about building science, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right solutions for our recently purchased home's problems (leaky ducts, crawlspace odor in our living space, leaking A/C, and old, inefficient furnace). Marc always answered our questions with information and interest in our satisfaction and never used high pressure sales tactics. Marc and his partner performed a complimentary blower door test at our home in late August 2005 and presented product information. When we selected Swift Air as our contractor in early November 2005, they were able to do the installation within two weeks. The technicians who performed the work were skilled, respectful of our property, wore shoe covers in the house, and cleaned up the site when they finished.

I FEEL I GOT GOOD ADVISE ON REPLACING OLD UNIT TO A NEW HEAT PUMP. AFTER GETTING 3 ESTIMATES SWIFT'S DEAL APPEARED FAIR. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN TIMELY MANNER AND THE UNIT INSTALLED IS DOING A GOOD JOB OF COOLING THE HOME.

It was excellent. They are very punctual. They call to remind on maintenance schedule. They always call before they come to give a good window of time.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Swift Air. All three employees I dealt with were extremely polite and professional. They wore booties in the house,which I really appreciate and were efficient. Even though there was a minor error made with the installation which required an extra service call, the problem was explained to me in lay terms and I was not charged. A great experience.

The guy that came to fix the furnace was polite & efficient. I would use them again.

ALAN COX CAME OUT ON A WEDNESDAY AND SPENT 2-1/2 HOURS GOING OVER OPTIONS TO REPLACE MY OLD SYSTEM, MEASURING, ETC. AND GAVE ME A QUOTE. HE WAS VERY DETAILED ABOUT THE COST OF VARIOUS COMBINATIONS OF GAS AND ELECTRIC SYSTEMS VS. PAYBACK PERIOD. THURSDAY I SIGNED A CONTRACT. ON FRIDAY, ALAN AND 2 OTHER TECHNICIANS INSTALLED THE NEW SYSTEM. THEY READILY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CONSULTED WITH ME ON MINOR DETAILS DURING INSTALLATION. THEY LEFT THE AREA VERY CLEAN AND TOOK ALL OF THE OLD PARTS WITH THEM. ALAN ADDED SMALL DETAILS SUCH AS SLEEVING AN EXPOSED COPPER LINE WITH PVC SO AS TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. I FEEL VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
