Overall it was good service. They hooked up the car carrier for me, which was nice. The truck was ready to go when I arrived and was in good condition. It was a good experience.

Overall the experience was very good. Reserving the truck through Penske's online process was very easy. However, the recommendations they give to help estimate the size of truck you need are somewhat misleading. My advice, always go for the bigger truck if you're in doubt. I showed up at Nelson's Marathon on a cold, snowy Sunday morning in Indy to pick up the truck I'd reserved. Once I saw the 12' truck I'd reserved, I knew immediately all my stuff wouldn't fit. Needless to say, Nelson could tell I was pretty distressed. Without my even asking, he picked up the phone and called a Penske location on the north side of Indy to see if they had a bigger truck. Luckily they did and all I had to do was drive the 12' truck up to that location and swap it out for a 16' truck. Nelson is definitely the hero! I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't made the call; probably make two trips. The truck was in great shape, very clean. No problems along the way and turning it in was a breeze.
