Pegg is passionate about real estate and it shows! Her knowledge of neighborhoods, real estate values, property taxes and financing were extremely valuable to us. Her master mediation skills helped us get the deal done in a way that everyone could accept. I really appreciated that she didn't waste our time, she probed until she found out the kind of house, price and neighborhood we wanted and channeled the search accordingly. We were extremely pleased with Pegg's service and have recommended her to several of our friends, family and coworkers.

Based upon services provided prior to our actual listing of the house, we got the house under contract - twice - in under 31 days. She kept her professionalism even when the buyer and their agent kept continuing to make, in my opinion, unreasonable short time constraints on how long we had to respond to their offers/counter-offers. Since I am the impatient by nature, she had to "talk me off the ledge" several times during the course of the house transaction.

She's so upbeat, works very hard, and it shows! Being upbeat is one thing, but her real estate knowledge is top notch. One of her great qualities is to lead you to the decision with data, but she is clear it is your call - I appreciate that. She told us you have to look at lots of homes in your price range to really understand what value is and what neighborhoods you'll like. We took that advice and we're glad we did; it opened our eyes. A lot of people say she knows Meridian-Kessler well, but our experience is that she knows the CITY (and suburbs) well. Pegg and her team have given lots of free advice on things the average person doesn't know, like how to appeal property taxes, when to re-finance and helped us "break the tie" between changes we wanted to make as they have a lot of knowledge about what things sell, what items wear well, what is timeless, etc. One of the houses we bought was a for sale by owner, we asked for help and she guided us even though she was not paid or involved in the details.

The pictures that were included on the internet were incredible (pegg has a professional photographer take pictures for her) and we had multiple showings in the first two days on the market. After five days on the market, we ended up with three different offers and eventually sold our home for $10,000 over what it was listed for. Everything was smooth sailing and the process was actually enjoyable. We then started looking for another house, and pegg and her husband mike were so accommodating, taking us out to look on our schedule knowing we were in a hurry to find just the right home. Once we found the right house, pegg helped us navigate through the complete purchasing process. On the night before closing, pegg got a call that the basement in our new home was wet. She and her husband met us at the new house within the hour to a**** the situation and formulate a plan to work with the seller's agent (seller). Everything was resolved...we were incredibly happy with pegg's services and are in love with our new home!

Pegg helped establish an estate value on my mom’s home, then sold it the day before it was to officially go on the market. Daning the sale and purchase of my home’s she kept me up to date, kept me on track and realistic.

If you want a real estate agent this is professional, courteous, dedicated, hard-working, and knows the meaning of customer service, then you found her. If I have a need, she responds immediately and goes beyond to meet my needs. I have used other real estate agents in the past and they simply do not take pride in their work and do not respond in a timely manner (and sometimes not at all). Pegg works harder than the rest to meet her client's needs and I really appreciate the extra effort. Plus, she has been in the business for a really long time and has experienced many situations so she knows how to deal with the obscure. I would not use anyone else but Pegg!

Pegg went above and beyond for our family to sell our house. My father was older and couldn’t go into the basement. Pegg came over here to meet the carpet cleaner to take him into the basement. She checked in with my dad often to see how he was. When we were confused by the inspection report, she came to the house to go through the report with us. Then called the inspector for clarification. I would definitely recommend Pegg.
