Don came out to help us. we spoke on the phone the night before he came out and he promised to text before he showed up and he did about 15 minutes before he arrived. he was very knowledgeable and very nice. He gave me a very reasonable quote for fixing three doors in our house. He was quick and explained everything that he was doing so I knew what was going on. Don was great! A super nice man and very professional! I thought my problem was one thing, and it took him nothing but a moment to get the security doorknob off and determine that I needed a new doorknob entirely. Should I need a locksmith again, Don will be the one I call!

He was early for the appointment and was extremely knowledgeable about this particular brand. He took the time to check each of the duplicate keys to assure they all functioned and the cost was extremely fair.
