I loved working with Gigi on the design and she went with me to look at large slabs of granite. She also helped me pick out tile and grout, a new sink and faucet. Installation went well and the company was flexible about dates. There were a few minor scratches and the company sent someone out twice to fix them. All staff were very responsive and professional.

Despite a rocky start regarding actual color of our purchase and timeliness of service, Cutting Edge Concepts followed through to the finish in a very professional and honest way. Our original color selection was chosen from a 4" x 4" sample that as it turned out was not representative of the actual product (not the fault of Cutting Edge Concepts but more about how the manufacturers market) and was not what we thought we had purchased! As we did not realize that there was a problem with the color until after installation, we feared that we would be "stuck" with a countertop that was not what we had hoped for. Due to the color issues and issues with timeliness of service,we felt that we were due some remedy to bring the installation up to our expectations. After speaking with owner Josh Good, we were able to pick an alternate color that was installed at no additional charge. This process was never confrontational and we were never made to feel like we were being the "problem customer"! Even after the install team was sent away due to color issues for the second top, these folks were very polite and helpful. After my Mrs looked at the second top, which was made available to us at the CEC office, and approved the color, the top was installed as planned and is very much up to our expectations! I would encourage anyone purchasing quartz countertops to look at the entire slap before purchase which is standard procedure with granite due to color and pattern issues! Again, we could not be happier with our counters and we are very thankful that Josh Good, and his company and employees, take customer satisfaction very seriously and will do whatever is required to fulfill their customers expectations! P.S. The installers were great! Very nice and concerned about our satisfaction!

Employees were very nice. First countertop did not line up well with our uneven wall and no extra material was available to make a backsplash so they cut a different slab with backsplash. I'm picky and had them come clean it well due to spotting and discoloration but now looks good. Installers were very professional. Would use them again. Price was competitive.

They came and removed old laminate.I asked them not to slide refrigator side ways across hard they did it anyway they put grooves in my 4 year old hardwood floors by not being careful when stove and refrigator. I asked them to come and look at my floors but they never called back . I stopped at home show and asked if they would never heard from them.

All went well. When Cutting Edge (Quentin) came out to take measurements for the new countertop he had good suggestions for what style edge we should use based on the look of our new bathroom. He also recommended a width for the ledge piece that sits atop the half wall. And he had a good knowledge of what modifications the new vanity would need to accept the new sinks and faucets. Installation went well after having rescheduled due to some extreme winter weather. They were able to come on a day when we worked from home and had scheduled several other contractors to complete work on the bathroom. It was crowded but they functioned well with everyone else onsite. They (Todd and another employee) were patient as we decided whether to go with a backsplash or not, and explained what they were doing during the installation and why. There were a couple of small dings in the surface of the Caesarstone we ordered, but Quentin was able to address them so they couldn't be seen or felt so we were satisfied. Overall we are very pleased and would use them again and/or recommend them to a friend.

It went well overall, but not without problems. The day of installation turned out to be 2 days about a week apart because one of the bathroom counters broke during fabrication and had to be re-done. The biggest problem we experienced in the whole process was generally poor communications. We were initially told after the first day that they would be back the next day or the day after to finish the one bathroom. No one called or showed up so we we were aggravated at having to hang around the house for nothing - and the one bathroom was out of commission during that time period. I finally had to call them to get the last counter installation scheduled. There also seemed to be some confusion scheduling the plumber back out for the last sink. Once again, I had to call them to get things scheduled. That said, the workers were all polite and did very good work and we are very happy with the end result. The price was competitive and we were pleased with the quality of the product. The 15 year sealant on the granite was a significant selling point for us. I would use them again.

Josh Woods and the entire team at Cutting Edge Concepts are outstanding. They exercised great patience as we checked out granite slabs to find just the right ones and then worked with us as we positioned the counter templates to maximize the features of the granite. Their professionalism during installation and willingness to do whatever necessary to ensure our satisfaction with the job made the entire project an enjoyable experience. We could not be more satisfied and highly recommend them.

My experience with Josh during the quoting process was good. He was punctual and professional. My issue is that there has been zero follow-up. Josh was not able to provide me with a copy of the estimate at the time of his visit and said that he would email it. It has been over 2 weeks and no written quote. I called the office and emailed and still no response. I am extremely disappointed because I was planning on working with him but, at this point, he has lost my trust. I indicated at the time of the quote that I was planning to make a decision within 30 days, but I was certainly not expecting to wait for weeks to get a copy of the quote.

Josh paid attention to detail and the countertops look beautiful.

They were great. They were on time and had good communication. They gave me many numbers to call.

Everything was on time. They did a very good job. They did the work very quickly. We were happy with them. They were fine. Their price was in our budget; their price was competitive. Their quality of work was good. I would use them in the future.

Everything went very well. They shopwed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable in installing the granite countertop. Josh was very helpful with choosing our granite and choosing a specific cut. His price was excellent compared to other companies.

This started out in January as a project to replace a kitchen faucet. One thing let to another and now we have great new kitchen countertops, sink, and faucet. Lee's Supply (the place we picked out our faucet) recommended Cutting Edge Concepts for granite countertops. We researched several other companies on Angie's List and went to the Indianapolis Home Show where we talked with several companies. We got quotes from about 6 companies and ultimately chose Cutting Edge because of the price, quality, and trust we developed with owner. Josh (the owner) was very friendly, patient, and professional. He took us to 2 warehouses to pick out the slab that would be used for our job. He wanted to be sure we were happy with our selection and offered to go to other warehouses, but we finally made a selection and didn't need to. He also was willing to work with us on the price. Quinton (the main installer) came to the house for final measurements. We had picked our granite slabs based on measurements that I took, which turned out to be an inch short on the longest part of the counter. This meant that the slab wouldn't fit the job. However, they made a few adjustments and made it work! The installation was fast and good quality. Quinton and his partner arrived right on time the morning of the install and were done just after lunch. He was very curteous and ensured us that he would do everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. And that he did. The plumber came the day after the counters were installed to put in the faucet and garbage disposal. When testing for leaks, the plumber noticed the sink was a little loose. Quinton returned the next day to tighten the sink, install a piece of backsplash that was cut too short the first time, and filled in a few very small places that needed caulking. I have no doubt that he would return again for the smallest adjustment if we needed it. We don't though and everything turned out great. It's amazing how different the kitchen looks. Overall, the experience was positive, and we were very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Concepts and would definitely use them again.
