Nick was able to get the drivers installed, and clean up my laptop from the malware problem. He had me test it and then followed up me again the following day to make sure everything was working fine (and it was).

Scheduling went smoothly. Nick arrived on time the day of the appointment. He figured out what was going on right away. He asked questions about my computer use and made some good recommendations for solutions. I have had no problems since then. I will definitely use PC Computer Guy again.

Zack was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and quick, all while responding to my many questions - I've talked to Nick on the phone...he's good, too - it's an excellent company that seems to do everything well - I understand that everything is not always retrievable from a corrupt hard drive - I don't blame Zack/Nick - they tried everything to retrieve all the iTunes music - I'll use them again - I see no reason why anyone would be dissatisfied with PC Computer Guy - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Nick was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely use his services again as well as recommend same here. We had some down time waiting on file transfers and I kept him busy with lots of questions for advice on everything from anti-virus software to telecommunications services and he gave great advice for all.

I dropped off the computer and one week later they brought the computer back to my house. He explained some of the problems that had been occurring with my computer. He then installed and setup the wireless system for the house. Everything with the computer has been fixed and it is now working smoothly.

Unfortunately shortly after Nick's departure my computer began to exhibit the same problem. I already felt that replacing it was the best answer for me but wanted to try his fix first. I called his office and told them to order the new computer tower and printer. They did so and within a few days returned to set up my new system and coach me in how to use it. I have been thrilled with the new system and Nick's response to me and my problem. I have used Nick' services in the past and plan to continue to do so in the future. Everyone at PC Computer Guy is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Perfect. Nick answered my questions while he was working. He explained carefully on a non-technical level that I understood.

I am self-employed and work out of my home. Hence, I do not have an IT department to help me when my comptuers malfunction. Nick comes to my house when I need big assistance but most the time can resolve my issues remotely with access to my computer. He is very knowledgable and helpful - he knows his stuff. Even his website it a great place to find information or opinion on computer issues, purchases, etc. I would highly recommend Nick.

Everything went great. Took 1 1/2 hours. Answered all of my questions in detail. Installed an Malware removal program on my computer and showed me how to use it. Explained everything he was doing along with way. Computer now is fast and runs great.

It was well-worth the cost. Everyone is up and running, and it has all been great.

as I said, he remotely cleaned my PC...which was getting infested w/ junk / pop-ups / slow , etc...took him all of less than an hour and he did it all remotely from his computer. It was easy paying him, as well...via PAYPAL! Can't ask for anything more. LOVE NICK and his assistant, JEWEL!

PC had a virus and hard disk was not provisioned properly. PC now running great. Work was completed timely.

.Nick arrived by appointment on time.I was having screen display issues.He cleaned up the desktop icon problems I had pointed out.He fixed the Widows start menu and optimized start up. He noted that the hard drive was running slow. He loaded romote access so he could do some work without having to visit.He did his usual good job of explaining what he was doing.

I worked with Nick Ellis and he is excellent. He knows the technology and he explains in layman’s terms. He comes to your home to work on the computer.

First, Nick arrived slightly earlier than scheduled, after calling us to make sure that we were ready for him then. He took the list of tasks that my husband handed him and got to work, first on my computer. When that was finished, he tried (as my husband had the night before) to install Windows 7 on my husband's main computer. The first hard drive in that computer refused to accept Windows 7. Nick completely wiped all data from that hard drive, but it still wouldn't load Windows 7. He and my husband gave up on that hard drive, so Nick took that computer home over the weekend to replace that hard drive with one that he had available. Windows 7 loaded onto that drive successfully. Nick advised my husband about how to set up that computer as my husband wanted. Lastly, Nick installed a Linux operating system on my husband's second computer, so that my husband could become competent with that operating system as well as he is with Windows. Nick is VERY knowledgeable about computers--hardware and software--and answered any questions that we had. He worked efficiently and carefully. Nick is now our go-to person for any computer problems we may have, and we will highly recommend him to friends and acquaintences.

The service I received repairing my laptop from PC Computer Guy was good. The service provided was immediate. PCG explained everything performed on my unit thoroughly and made recommendations for improved performance. I was hesitant to go to someone I knew nothing about but figured I would try my first recommendation through Angie's List. Glad I did. If the need would arise, I would go back to the PC Computer Guy.

Nick was on time,friendly, and very competent. We had many things wrong with our computer, primarily because of the shoddy work done by other computer "experts." Nick was able to quickly (and I do mean quickly) resolve every single problem we had. He was very patient in explaining what he was doing and in dealing with our lack of knowledge of computers. NIck also suggested several changes which would make our computer run better, faster, and safer. He is very efficient and committed to resolving all problems with our computer. We are thrilled to find someone whom we can trust and who is so competent in his work. We would give him an A+ for every single aspect of our experience with him and would highly recommend him to our friends. After years of dealing with computer problems and so called "experts" who were less than helpful, we feel extremely lucky to find Nick. His charges are very reasonable ($65 per hour) and you will get so much more than you expect for what you pay.

He was soooo patient. He changed my Internet home page - he solved problems with a couple other things. He did all this over the phone. He was patient, gentle, & a kind voice. When I told him I was sorry for being so dumb, he made me feel ok about my asking more dumb questions.
