PC Guy did a good job and was able to recover PC from error. He also identified and recommended a enhancements for performance limiting un-useful apps in startup folder. I had a question about an external HD and left msg unsure if related to PC repair. He returned call in a few days with useful feedback and offered further assistance.

Good. Not everything I wanted to get checked out was able to get to. Had to take a laptop for a few extra days for $120 in extra work.

They did a great job of addressing the problems and fixing them. Highly recommend Pc computer guy!

I was able to get them to come quickly so I did not have to wait very long for a time to come. When he got here he was able to do it really quick so, because I was paying for, like, an hour, he went ahead and did some other things for me.

It was terrific!!! Nick showed up on time. He spent about 45 minutes with my computer and fixed everything. He was concerned about the random restarting, and let me know that if it happened again, I should bring the computer to them so that they could get to the root of the problem. But, it has not happened again, and I am very happy with the service. Will keep their card close-by for future needs.

Nick was great and came up with a less expensive and invasive option than I thought would be necessary. We installed new hardware and my signal strength improved dramatically and solved the issue.

It went great. He quickly knew the problem and fixed it. I was able to get him the next day.

Great. One thing I appreciate in their service is that they are patient and willing to explain what they are doing and they do it in plain english. I don't want to become a computer whiz but I do like to understand what's going on and how I can prevent it in the future. I think of them as my IT department.

I absolutely love Nick Ellis. He was VERY informative, friendly, and punctual. He also showed me how everything works and made sure I knew what I was doing and how to work the back up servers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Dropped off PC on Monday and was able to pick it up on Wed. Anti-virus software was wiped clean from my PC. Nick also advised that since I had Comcast as my internet provider, that they provider Norton Security software to their subscribers at no cost and that Norton was a better anti-virus software than what I had on my PC. Nick also sent me a link for just the Norton install without all of the other additional stuff that they provide when you go through their normal channel. I have used Nick before in the past and he was the first one that I called when this latest problem occurred. Very reliable and professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend him for your PC problems.

Had a recent snag when attempting Windows 10 upgrade and installing a new update to the Office suite of products. The PC Computer Guy responded to my inquiry in less than 8 hours, admitted my Dell into his "computer hospital" the following day and discharged the repaired, fully functioning computer the day after. I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable fee for service. 5 stars for rapid response. 5 stars for speedy diagnosis. 5 stars for quick and proper repair (hey, it works). 5 stars for good value. Nick and his team are THE Metro Indy alternative to the large electronics/technology chains. Hats off to this homegrown, local business.

The final product was beyond my expectations. Nick accessed my computer to retrieve photos that I selected. He also talked to the funeral home to determine what they needed. He put to pictures to music in a page turning format.

Zach came to my home and was able to resolve this and and also cleared up other issues that were present. He explained the process of resolving initial problem and also did a general check and cleared up other processes that I was not aware of. Very patient with me (a senior citizen) and made sure I understood what had happened to cause problems. Also talked with Nick on the phone who helped me hook up my printer to my PC. ( I had forgotten about this issue when Zach was here. A most pleasant experience.

Very well. The remote option was very convenient. His business was without power but after he got his generator running he called and completed the work. Very customer focused.

Comcast is not nice to work with but Nick made things go smoothly.

They have been here several times over the past couple years and have always left us completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them. They are not the type to try and sell you upgrades and things you don't need.

These folks really came through for us again. We had gotten a message on our computer that a virus had been detected. We called Nick at PC Computer Guy and they were able to check our computer remotely and determine that there was no virus present in our computer. They did this within hours of our call, and we didn't even have to remain at the house. This is the third time we have used this company and they have been fantastic every time. We highly recommend them. Their prices were very reasonable, especially when you consider the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone who is trustworthy and competent when you have a computer problem.

I've been working with these guys for quite a few year and have always been impressed with their work. They've always been prompt, taken care of all my problems, and been patient with me (computers are not my thing). Zack did all of the initial set-up and came back again on the following Saturday to fine tune some of the programs and features I still needed. Nick did the remote access related to any of the follow-up I have needed in getting this computer up and running according to my needs. Zack and Nick were professional, punctual, informative, and provided me with the tools and knowledge I have needed to get acquainted with my new computer and the Windows 10 format, including patiently answering all of my questions, for which I had many. I purchased 2 hour deal on 12.10.2015, scheduled 2 hour window with provider on 12.11.15. Zack called 45 mins before arriving. He fixed wifi and copied bookmarks from old computer. He tried several different ways to get emails from my very old computer on to my laptop, but without success. I knew that task would be very iffy in the first place. He also gave me some recommendations about purchasing a new computer and what to look for. He also gave me some ideas about backing up my files. I used about 1.5 hours of my 2 hour deal and the $20 trip charge was included. This is the second time that I have used this provider. I am very happy.
