He took care of our problem and helped us understand more of our computer needs to keep it safe. He was extremely competent and easy to work with.

One day my computer was working fine and the next day "kaphooey". Couldn't get any thing to come up on my screen. After checking with my internet provider to be sure the problem wasn't from their end I called PcComputerGuy. I called him in the early afternoon when he was on his way to another job. He said he could come after that job. He got here in the late afternoon and after checking the computer boards he found the problem. He fixed that and in the course of my questions I had him install a security program for me and take care of a concern of mine with an old hard drive. He was very open in answering my questions and letting me watch him work. He took time to explain things to me and made me feel at ease. This was the first time I've had any problem with my computer so it was great having someone come to my home to fix it as well as coming so quickly after my call. I hope not to have any more problems but if I do PcComputerGuy will be the one I call. I'll recommend him to any of my friends who need computer service/repairs as well.

We were very pleased with him and he certainly knew what he was doing. He has a website on which he helps people with problems and talks them through issues over the phone.

Nick called ahead to schedule or re-schedule. Reasonably priced (undercharged). Something of a perfectionist, but didn't charge for extra time. Totally committed to doing a good job and customer satisfaction. Really nice to work with.

Nick comes in, fixes the problem, explains his work to me and leaves - love the guy.

Pc Guy was on time and took computer to his shop. Returned to set up and did several fixes over the telephone later at no additional charge.

He was on time. He described what he was doing in terms I could understand. He checked his work to ensure everything was working properly.

I got his info approximately 5 years ago then called, received very prompt service, very fair price and excellent support since that time and have not allowed any service people to even touch the system. He also provides a fix over the phone. Great person to deal with.

Great. Nick is prompt or calls if an issue. Explain how to do things and then makes me do it before he leaves. He emailed us later to see if we understood what we learned. He also has not charged us for a couple of email questions - re doing application.

Nick called me back the same day and even scheduled me for the same day in the p.m. From start to finish I was very impressed with the service and his knowledge of computers. If you need your computer worked on...Nick is your guy. Don't look any further he's the best!

Nick did a great job for us. He did a lot of work for us at a very reasonable price. In addition to the problems we knew about, he also fixed some other issues that he discovered which were unknown to us. He spent some extra time with us to answer questions and then gave us a quick tutorial of the features of the new Windows that he installed for us. I have used Nick's service previously and will call on him again if I need any further work done on our computers.

Nick the PC Computer Guy was called on 2/8/10 mid-morning about service for my son's computer which had stopped working the night before. He said he could be at our home about 4:00pm that same day. He arrived at 3:55pm. He asked a few questions about the operation of the laptop computer and immediately started to work. Within just moments he had discovered the virus started to clear it from the computer. This took awhile to run various programs to be sure that all were cleared of the infection. After clearing the virius, he suggested that we add a security system to prevent any further viral problems. He added the password to all computers in use within the household. As he checked the older PC, he noticed how slow it was working and suggested the additional space was needed to the desk top. He cleaned the older computer and added space to it. Nick was clear at the very beginning about his charges and the work that needed to be done to fix our computer problems. Nick's visit was informational, the price was most reasonable, and all has worked well since his visit. I joined Angie's List for prompt, trustworthy, and good work. Nick's work is the reason to join Angie's List.

He was very honest and professional. There were a couple of times when they had to come back out and he did not charge any extra for the additional visits. In the end he was able to resolve the issue.

Nick is prompt, professional, always does a great job, and completes the work in a timely manner for a fair price.

As always, today's service call was perfect in every way. Nick always responds quickly to phone calls and is on-the-dot punctual. I've never had an electronic problem he couldn't fix. He's installed a new hard drive and addl. memory in my PC; set up DVD player, Roku, etc in the past. I think his service fees are fair and he is completely trustworthy, professional, and courteous. He is always extremely nice and helpful and I feel comfortable with him. I'm very glad he is in this line of work and available to bail me out when I run into problems with my electronic "machines". ;-)

We emailed Nick and he responded immediately with some pro bono suggestions for us to try. We tried these and were able to resolve one of our problems with the virusware, however, we still needed him to come in and take a look since the computer was running much slower than usual. He emailed us back and suggested some times. We were able to have Nick over within two days and he helped us resolve our computer issues. We use the computer a lot (both at work at home) but are not computer scientists. Nick is extremely personable and very customer-focused. He does a good job and explains what he's doing at every step. He is also willing to leave you with written instructions, for those particularly complex problems. Nick is very friendly and takes a great deal of time to develop a strong rapport with his customers. He is not intimidating and takes the time to explain what he's doing well. He also takes the time to identify other potential issues that you might consider to enhance the performance of your computer.
