Excellent! He was fantastic--I cannot believe the improvement in my system since he worked on it. I appreciated his attention to detail and how he checked in wiht me along the way to make sure he was not removing anything I needed or even knew I had. He also noticed that I had an ineffective program to manage my photos (which I have A LOT of) and recommended a new program. He even taught me how to use the features! He was very pleasant, efficient, and helpful! He will definitely be my go-to computer guy from here on out.

Nick arrived as scheduled. He examined both computers and fixed one as requested in less than one hour. Nick was pleasant and professional. Over all a very good experience except he should have charged more. Eighty dollars was more than reasonable as best buy quoted three hundred dollars as a minimum charge.

My desktop computer had lost a program and I wanted Nick to reinstall it. He gave me a number of options and we agreed that the Gateway computer was probably a "collector's" item rather than functional. OK, so on to the laptop, which was a few years younger. He installed Chrome and showed me how to use it. Now, came the big test. I bought a Smart TV and had no idea how to use it and ,no one, including three techs from AT&T Uverse, were able to connect my VCR and DVD to the TV. Thank you, Angie's members, for writing such glowing reports about the PcComputerGuy. He not only was able to hook up the DVD and VCR to the TV, he also spent a lot of time showing me different features of the TV. I have used other computer techs and most of them did an adequate job, but Nick's knowledge is superior and he is an excellent teacher. Instead of just having me watch as he sped through instructions, he made me complete the same tasks he had just shown me. And, if I still didn't get it, he found a way to explain what he was doing in language I could understand. He is very likeable and I would like to adopt him.

I had previously hired another person for this job. To put it bluntly, the previous contractor was a nightmare. Nothing done and charged 3 times as much money. Nick did an excellent job in every way. He was on time, very professional, easy to talk to and ask questions. He answered every question I had and shared much invaluable information. Even tips on how to use my Android phone. Could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend his company and his web sight is a treasure trove of information and instructional videos.

We were not able to get any of my old information back - however he was at least honest about not being able to do so and didnt charge me anything to try and get it back when it couldnt be done. Was able to get me back online and going again- was very professional and really seemed to know what he was doing. Would use him again in the future if I have issue.

This is the third time I have used the PcComputerGuy. All three times Nick has come to my home and provided excellent service. He respects my time by keeping focused on task so I can trust the amount of time he charges. He set up a new computer, networked it with an existing computer and new printer. While he worked the new set up he gives helpful tips and education.

PC Computer Guy is real good, he's got all kinds of awards with Angie's List. I can't really say anything at this time that I was concerned about with this company. He really knows his business and he has a lot of options, he even has a remote program that you can call him and you don't get charged a full charge he can tell you what is the matter. He mentioned you could have called me if you would have had the remote setup I probably could have told you but we didn't actually tell you at that time. He sells computers and he gives newsletters, he's an all around kind of guy with help in that industry. He offers a lot more than a lot of other competitors in the industry. I would use him again in the future.

It went well. He fixed it for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time.

I have had 3-4 other computer services and Nick has been the best: did the work requested, worked quickly, explained what he was doing, and made suggestions that improved the computer's output.

We found Nick from the strong reviews on Angie's list. Our computer knowledge is not very strong, so we wanted to have some one to give us some advise and perform the set up. We sent an e-mail to him with our needs and wants in a new system. He responded within a day with his thoughts. We used his advise as a guideline and bought a new PC and monitor from Newegg.com We e-mailed Nick after the system arrived and he responded back within 24 hours. We talked over the phone the same day and set up an appointment for the end of the week. Nick called an hour before the appointment and said he was running early and if it was ok to come over to start We said yes because we were ready for him. For a guy who drives a Mustang, he is alright! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and is patient with answering questions. He spent 3 hours at our house completing the above services. We now have a computer guy we can count on when we need help.

I would definitely recommend Nick. He is friendly and punctual. He fixed everything that needed fixing quickly and completely. He has online resources and a help email blog that come free for his customers. I have found these additional resources very helpful as well. Thanks Nick!

Went smoothly, which was consistent with my 2 previous service calls in 2012. I've used Nick's service several times this year, after seeing a write-up in Angie's monthly magazine. He's knowledgeable, makes good use of this time and mine, and his prices are affordable. I can't say enough good things about Nick. I've told friends and colleagues about this gem. He's my PC insurance without the monthly premium.

Overall their services were good. The price was very fair.

He is great, I can call him any time and he can help me out over the phone. I have never waited more than a 1/2 hour for him to respond. He is so professional. I am not a huge computer person so he makes sure I understand everything he does. He teaches me everything. His pricing is very reasonable.

My HP Desktop HD was defective so I purchased a new drive; however, a HP-specific error prevented me from loading the OS. HP Technical Support wanted to charge me $258.00 (discounted from original offer) to box my PC up, and have their technical support team resolve the situation, and load the OS (5-8 day turn-around time). I decided to price local support, searched Angies List, and found PC Computer Guy. Very glad that I did! Nick resolved my situations at a fraction of the cost. He was excellent to work with, had exceptional client service, and a great price. Please consider his services if you have PC repair needs on non-warranty PCs, you will be glad you did.

Nick was great! We have a 5 year old computer so when we took it in for repair I wasn't expecting much. Nick got us up and running again. He also answered all my questions, gave me lots of other great advice and debunked a few myths. The computer works well now.

Nick explained things in terms that I could understand and did not pressure me into buying new software. He simply laid out some alternatives and let me choose. Nick did miss my original appointment but when I contacted him again he made arrangements to work outside of his normal working hours so that I would not have to take time off from work and waived the appointment fee.
