Description of Work: I used their services twice. The first time was to remove viruses to allow me to load my tax software. At that time I ordered a new printer and new Computer. Zach installed it on 2/19. At all times the work was professional and well done. He was especially helpful in answering all my questions in a manner that was understandable to me. I will certainly use their service whenever I need computer help.

Description of Work: I had a computer malfunction. Nick came to the house and quickly found that a virus had got in the computer. He very quickly identified it and removed it from the machine. He also fixed several small problems that I didn't know enough to complain about. Very quick, very polite, very brisk, and came to the house the day after I phoned.

Description of Work: We have used the PC Computer Guy several times. I only listed September above because we used him 2x that month (. He is "the best." My husband and I have a couple of small businesses and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Computer Guy.....He always goes above and beyond....When you have a PC problem--you tend to freak out--and (I don't know how he does it) but he is RIGHT THERE for you. In many instances he can diagnose and fix things remotely which is even more convenient. In specific--he has set us up with a new hosting service. Diagnosed and repaired several glitches and/ recommended other changes that have made PC's run better, etc. He is punctual....and highly professional. It would take too long to write out specific stories...but trust me---I am in my lat 50's...a high-functioning small business owner. I am VERY particular with service providers. I provide the best service to my customers and expect the same from those I hire to help me. I am very happy with the service provided by the PC Guy, and guarantee that others will be too. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Nick was able to remotely fix our email service which had stopped sending and receiving emails. It only took him about 30 minutes, and he explained the problem and how he fixed it. Everything was quick and easy per usual when we call Nick. It was great he could fix the problem from his office and didn't need to make the trip to my home.

Description of Work: Nick optimized our start up. Added memory. Changed our browser and internet security programs. Deleted several unneeded programs which were slowing down the computer. Ran several checks to make sure everything was running properly. He diagnosed our problems as being from an old computer and the type of chip it had in addition to those items several programs were not needed or outdated. Overall he was able to noticeably increase the speed of the internet. Really good results for the age of computer.
