Paul asked what I wanted, and made sure my ideas were incorporated into his fantastic and innovative ideas. Then his staff went to work tearing out the old landscaping. They leveled parts of my yard, re-bricked my front walk, put in terracing the right way, and finished all detail work.

I am pleased with the work. The start date was delayed by the unseasonable cold snap in early March but occurred in a reasonable timeframe. All the plants in the garden area were removed (a big job). The topsoil addition and grass seed planting went well. With lots of water the backyard is looking great. We did have to pay for an extra load of topsoil that was not in the initial bid. Paul said that we needed more than he thought. This company was the lowest bid of the three bids we got, even including the extra topsoil.

No response to my e-mail or voicemail requesting that the company contact me for estimate to complete work.

Excellent! Paul was very professional, detailed oriented and creative. He gave me a few ideas for the flowerbeds that I had not considered. I ended up using one of his designs that was much better than the one I had originally thought I wanted. He was always on time, courteous and his price was extremely reasonable. After he installed the design I wanted to make a couple of changes. He came back and did those very quickly. In the process he added an underground drain pipe from one corner of the house (gutter drain) that was not part of the project, that I would not have thought of (and didn't charge me). I would highly recommend Paul and would use him again!

Paul was very prompt in our request for a consultation and listened to our desires. He was also very flexible to our need to reschedule meetings at last minute. He spent time asking questions and evaluating our current landscaping to see what could be reused in the redesign to save money and minimize plant destruction. Paul completed a couple draft plans and consulted with us a second time to ensure we were all on the same page regarding expectations. He was sensitive to our need to keep the plans simple, easy to maintain and cost effective to implement. It was less than 2 weeks when the final plans were developed and phase estimates were provided. We're currently seeking secondary estimates for the tasks, but expect we will contract with Paul for most of the implementation.

We had admired Paul's work at a friend's home. When we were having difficulty finding a landscaper that suited us, our friend suggested that we call Paul. I had already interviewed several from Angie's list and Paul's prices were right in line with the others. I do think we got more for our money with Paul. Paul did an excellent job. He was fun and easy to work with. He's very energetic and full of ideas, but he also listens and does not talk down to you like some contractors will do. Although I pretty much knew what I wanted, Paul also offered some very good suggestions and I am very happy with those plants that he suggested. The work was completed much sooner than anticipated. All of the trees are beautiful. When one tree could not be located in the fall he came back promptly this spring to install it, without us having to check up on it. We couldn't have been happier. We have had neighbors asks us about who did such a great job on our lawn. We will be doing some additional landscaping this fall - and Paul is the only one we will call.

Paul had great ideas for our project. He was able to integrate all of our needs and wants into the project. He and his crew were very professional. They were at our house when they said they would be. The crew always parked in the street instead of our drive. The steps and the landscaping are beautiful. We have a couple more projects for Paul in the future!

We called Paul for an estimate on landscaping. After meeting with him we realize we are not ready for his services, we just need a temporary solution and quick yard clean-up. We recently purchased this old, neglected home and have issues in the house to deal with first. Paul gave us a price for designing a master plan, which was very reasonable because our yard is full of challenges. He also gave us great ideas which we are already using, as we have decided to do some work ourselves to get started. We plan to call him when we are ready to jump full-on into redesigning the yard. He is seriously knowledgeable in elements of design and function, and a true artist. He is passionate about his work and it shows in just spending time walking around the yard with him. We recommend: if you are looking for someone to do leaf removal, mulching, etc call a regular ''lawn care service''. BUT if you are looking for a serious, talented landscape designer call him...

IT ALL LOOKS BEAUTIFUL! MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ME HE WORKED FOR GEIST NURSERY AND IS NOW ON HIS OWN. HE WAS WORKING AT MY NEIGHBOR'S WHEN HE DREW UP MY ESTIMATE, SO I NEVER HAD TO CALL HIM. HE REQUIRES 50% UP FRONT. HE IS RELIABLE BY DOING THE WORK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD & HE DID THE WORK HIMSELF.
