Description of Work: Routine annual maintenance. This is a must if you want to avoid a very, very large bill. Was using the if not broke not worry approach to maintenance. This approach cost me personally more than $1,500---2 broken springs, replacement door panels (including glass) and damaged electric light. This is money well spent.

+ -1 moreThey came out the next day and did a very thorough job. He tightened the bolts on all of the hinges -- I don't remember anyone doing that before. Adjusted spring tension, lubed everything, and made other adjustments. Made a huge difference in how the door sounds opening and closing.
Description of Work: They did an annual tune-up for our garage door and opener.

+ -1 moreCalled Overhead Door and they were able to send someone out to repair the door within two hours. The service was handled quickly, professionally and at what I felt was a reasonable cost. We decided to have both springs replaced.
Description of Work: One of the springs on the two car door of our garage broke. The door could not be raised and with both cars in the garage, it was looking like a big problem. We needed the door fixed asap.
