Description of Work: Garage door not operating. Based on your list of providers chose Overhead Door to perform repairs. Could not get through to scheduling despite 3 call in succession and waiting a few minutes before each successive call. This is not excellence.

Description of Work: Outstanding company with excellent customer service. Have used Overhead Door on numerous occasions and they have been able to come within hours of my call. The are on time or even early. The service techs are very professional and really know what they are doing. Final pricing was the price they quoted or free under warranty. Thought I needed a new door but was told the door was fine and should be able to use the door and motor for many more years. I like the honestly of the service techs. These are people that I feel I can trust. When I need a new garage door, there is only one call I will make and that is to Overhead Door. Will definitely call them again.
