Description of Work: One of the two coil springs on our large garage door broke. Overhead Door came right out to our house the same day, replaced the broken one and suggested replacing the other one (for not much more). It was done quickly and professionally and the technician was very courteous and respectful.

Description of Work: They replaced my tension springs on a double door. The technician was quick, and thorough. He even lubed and tightened the tension spring on my single door. He was checking to make sure it functioned well, saw it needed adjusting and did it. Very pleased!

Description of Work: We had one of the springs break on our garage door, trapping us out. We called and requested an appointment for Saturday morning. They were able to accommodate our schedule without problem. The technician arrived on time and worked quickly. Not once did they try to up-sell services or products that we did not need, which I greatly appreciate. Work was done quickly, and the fee they charged was very reasonable for such prompt service. Hopefully we won't need any work done to our garage door again anytime soon, but if we do I will definitely call on Overhead.

Same day and installed the door in door button, out door entry button in about an hour. Never have had any problems. I have had tHem out to replace a spring. Fast and efficient.

Description of Work: Double wide garage door would at times stop on the way down and go back up. Serivce guy determined there was a loose wire that would cause an intermittent short. He fixed it and I also bought two new remotes. Very satisfied with service and price.

Description of Work: Well, I had the most pleasant expirience with this company. I purchased my home back in March of last year, and the old garage on our property came with Overhead branded garage doors. We had a keyless entry that the former owners never used, so we did not have a code to use this keypad. I called this company, and received a call right back. They told me they thought the national hotline might be able to help me, but they would check first and get back to me, as it would save us a $90 service call! They called back with a number to call, and the gentleman was on the phone with me for over an hour, until we were finally able to reset the code for the keypad. I was super impressed with the customer service I recieved. I will be utilizing them in the future for new garage doors.

Description of Work: My garage door got stuck half-way open so I could not get my car out. It was a Friday, and I needed my car! They were very friendly on the phone. A service tech was in my area, and came within a half-hour. Less than thirty minutes later, the door was back on the track and working perfectly. He even checked the other garage door and lubricated it. The emergency service was $40 more than if I had waited until Monday, but it was worth it to me to have my car for the weekend! I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: In summer, I accidentally backed into my garage door while it was opening. I bent the door enough so that it could not open. This was on a weekend, and I called several providers to try to find someone who could fix it quickly, as I could not get my car out. JD from Overhead Door came out and was able to flatten the panel enough to allow the door to open and close, and charged a reasonable rate.

Description of Work: Just had a new, heavier duty home garage door installed due to damage on the previous door. Installer did a very good job. It opens and closes smoother than ever. Very sturdy steel on both sides with insulation in the middle. So far worth the extra money. Decent price and great scheduling.
