Description of Work: Garage doors were sticking and sometimes wouldn't operate, particularly in cold weather. The tech found nothing broken, just in need of lubrication and a tune up. Gave suggestions about how to increase lifting power by the electric opener if the problem comes back. So far, been great. Estimated cost under $100

Description of Work: The spring in our garage door broke Sunday night, and called Overhead Door Monday morning. They scheduled our repair and finished everything before noon! Great, quick service and their prices were reasonable. We had both springs replaced and, with a $30 off coupon from ValPak, everything was just over $200.

Description of Work: Replaced broken spring in one of two garage doors, adjusted spring in the other door & lubriicated rollers, hinges & springs of both. Very efficient technician had work completed & area cleaned-up in 30 to 45 minutes after arrival. Quoted price for replacing spring was $169.00 and we had a coupon for $30 off of the service call. We had phoned the call center after hours & since we had one car outside, it was not an emergency. We then received a return call immediately the next morning to set the appointment. Appointment was originally scheduled for afternoon, however, we received a call that they were ahead of schedule and the work was complete by 10:30AM. Very good service and communication

Description of Work: I scheduled a visit from Overhead Door earlier this week, and had to reschedule. They told me a person would be at my house today, between 8-Noon. I sat at home, and waited until 1pm. Overhead was a no-show. I called the company. They said it did not get on the schedule. I asked for tomorrow. they said they could not get out to my house until next week. I said forget it.
