Thursday install, Friday Broke, Saturday light does not work.

Excellent. The work was performed efficiently, well done, and the technician provided a detailed explanation of the work performed. He also answered my questions very well.

Company representative was flexible to fit in the service according to my schedule. I was given a call 20 minutes prior to when the service person was to arrive. When the gentleman arrived he introduced himself, he was pleasant and able to get the work done efficiently. The service gentleman noticed that I had two screws missing @ the bottom of my garage door plate and he replaced them free of charge in addition to replacing both springs.

Great! He showed up on time- was pleasant. He couldn't get the part that day so he made me his first appointment the next day and fixed my garage door. The garage door is working now.

He came as scheduled, fixed the door, and it works fine now.

THEY DID MAKE A MISTAKE AND HAD TO TAKE THE DOOR BACK AND REDO IT. THIS ENDED UP CAUSING THE DOOR TO BE INSTALLED SIX WEEKS LATER THAN EXPECTED. WHEN THEY DID BRING THE DOOR TO BE INSTALLED THEY DID DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY NOT ONLY INSTALLED THE DOOR BUT THEY ALSO RE- DID THE AREA AROUND THE DOOR. THEY DID A COMPLETE JOB FOR ME.

They are very prompt and courteous.

Initially the installer was angry, unprofessional and not prepared with all materials. It was a custom ordered door. I complained to a manager and he was diligent in responding, and this company really does believe in consumer contentment. They don't finish until you are happy.

They were very prompt in sending someone out to repair my garage door opener (it was a Sears opener). He explained to me how to program the remote and the push button pad also. Very nice and helpful.

They showed up on time and cleaned up the garage door debris after themselves well. The experience was excellent, and that's why I wanted to let others at Angie's List know about Overhead Door.

Overall the work was good. We wanted some fancy windowing in the top of it and I didn't like what they had. They found a supplier that could insert what I was asking for and I was very pleased with it. In doing the work somehow there was a damaged place on one of the panels and even though it's very unnoticeable it's something I would've liked to have had replaced, but we didn't notice it right away they chose not to follow up on that. But I would use them again because they had good quality and other than the fact that I watched the man during the whole process - he banged the drywall a couple of times and I was able to repair that. Since they had to do some cutting to install the garage doors I have to do a cement patch to cover them up. They're minor, but they are a couple of things I would have liked for them to have taken care of.

They came out and did an adjustment for me. They came out right on time and were very kind and helpful.

Work was performed the same day that I called. Garage door working fine.

The gentleman and very nice and very knowledgeable. The price was a little too high.

We've had garage doors, storm doors and entry doors replaced with Overhead Door. Also all of our windows replaced by them. The problem we had with the garage door was it not closing properly all the time. Paul Rost is the residential service manager, he came out and personally supervised everything. Eric, the technician, was out there. They didn't have too, but they wanted to make me happy and they replaced the motor on the garage door opener and the springs that they originally installed, which were not the right size. They didn't charge me a penny. They did an excellent job. We used them for years and we wanted you to know about it.

The garage door tension spring broke on the Saturday night before New Years. I called and spoke with their answering service on Saturday night. They offered to send someone out but we did not feel it was an emergency. They sent someone out on Tuesday morning, they fixed it quickly and did a great job!

Same day service. I was very pleased. You cannot ask for anything better.

The company did a very nice job. I called them in the afternoon and they came out that evening to inspect my door that had a broken spring. I was considering a new door and they took the time to show me what they had as well as the pricing right there on the spot. They did not make an appointment to send a salesman out like the other companies. I agreed to a new door and they came out 2 days and installed it on time and at the price quoted.

The work went very well. Our serviceman was named Delbert and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced the bottom seal as we requested. Without being asked, he also realigned the door, reset the garage door opener and oiled and lubed everything. The price was exactly as quoted. We received a $4.00 discount, which I think was a senior citizen discount, which was 10% of the charge for labor. The work was scheduled and completed on the day after we called.

Overhead door called when they were on their way. The technician was friendly and got right to work. The replacement opener was installed in about an hour or so. The technician was very friendly, courteous and very thorough. He made sure I understood how to operate the remotes and wall mount. I was really impressed with the service and how quickly it was done. I'm glad that I called them again!

The spring broke on a Friday night, and they sent someone out right away. We are seniors, and we were basically stuck in the home. They had to charge us a little extra for emergency service, but they did show up within 3 hours and offered us a senior discount! I was very happy with my experience and would continue to use them in the future.

They were prompt, they cleaned up well, and they just gave me a positive experience. They were also on time and cleaned up well.

Tony installed my door and he took care of the whole thing by himself. His attention to detail is excellent, from how smooth the door moves along the track to how straight he installed the touchpad and the brackets. Very professional gentleman, I highly recommend him for the job.

It took them 4 times to get the garage door right. We also contracted them to do siding on one side of our house. They are about a third of the way done and they have put on 4 different types of trim (we only want one) and we're not sure if they're planning on coming back to fix it. We've spoken to supervisors and they have said they would come back but we have yet to see them. Now they say they will be back on Wednesday but I have no reason to believe them. We have painters working on our house and they are planning to paint the north side of our house as early as Friday and the siding needs to be done. The painting company was nice enough to say they would skip a day to allow for the siding to be finished, but after that for every day they have to come out to the house without doing any work, they will have to charge us $200. It's not even a big job, I just want them to come finish before we have to pay the painters extra.

So, he changed the signal somehow and gave me a new opener unit, and I have had no problem since. I thought they were thorough and explored all possibilities, which gave me peace of mind.
