The repairman arrived well within the window they gave me. The service was professional, clean and without any delays.

We had seen this company at our local home show. I liked the fact that the door is insulated. The price may have been a little higher, but it was in the range we expected. They were flexible and worked with my schedule.

There was a mistake about when he was supposed to come as the office made a mistake. The office compensated and took a little off the price. The man was nice and knew what he was doing.

Response time was prompt. Representative was courteous and professional. Explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Excellent experience.

I called to have a tune-up done on the garage door. I was pleasantly surprised that they made an appointment for the same day. I called around noon and the man arrived around 4:15PM. I received a call when he was on the way. When the technician (Dale) arrived he was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable, when he checked the door. He made an adjustment on the spring and explained what he was doing. He gave also me some tips on how to keep the door working properly. The technician took care of everything very efficiently.

Their service man was very professional. They were here when they said they would be. the quality of the door was better than any else I had found.

They came very quickly. We got additional discounts for purchasing a new operator at the same time as the door. They were very prompt. They were also quick to resolve any post installation issues.

They were very professional in every aspect. I saved $200 with a Home Show discount. I had one minor problem in regards to communication with the salesman to the installer.

I had backed into the garage door and dented one of the panels I had purchased a new garage door from them in March of 2007. I got a quote and then called other garage door companies and it turns out they cant get panels as Overhead has the "monopoly" as it is the only distributor...So I needed to get it from them. They came quickly and efficiently replaced the panel.

I have used them before and that's why I used them again. They were very professional, get to work right away and their pricing was also reasonable for the work they did. I would use them again.

Everything went smoothly from scheduling to the tech arriving during their designated window of time. The technician performed the tune up of both doors and then my husband asked if he could perhaps add a keyless entry pad to open the doors. The tech fished around in his truck, found the pad, and installed it in a few minutes time. It was an excellent experience!

It went great. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and did a good job.

Our salesman, Rick, came shortly after we called for an estimate. We decided to go with his company and scheduled installation. After the door was installed, further work was required in order to wrap the frame. It required working into the evening hours but the job was completed to our satisfaction and we are very pleased with it.

I end up not using Overhead due to their sales tactics. I called this am with a broken door. Their approach was they could get to our house today (Thursday) for an overtime charge of $129 for the first half or I could wait until Friday for $89 for the first half hour. This approach takes advantage of the customer and is a poor approach. Personally I will never consider this company again. A 2nd company on your list said they could get to our house today and would charge $82. I called Overhead at 7:35 am and was told they would not be able to arrive until the afternoon. The 2nd company was called at 8 am and arrived our house at approx. 9:30 am.

Called Overhead Door on Sunday morning a left a message. They called Monday morning and sent a tech out around noon. Paid $49 for estimate. I had damaged the bottom panel of my 4 year old garage door and had to get it replaced. Bill Martikke came out on Tuesday morning and fixed the door within an hour.

I called in at 8:15 am and they came out in 2 hours, performed the tuneup. My wife was very pleased. No additional work was necessary.

When I called to inquire, I specifically told the representative that I wanted cellulose and explained why when asked. Instead of telling me that they did not install cellulose, he came out and gave me a quote for fiberglass insulation.

They have always been great and today was no exception. The main plus was that the normal $69.95 charge was only $19.95 (just good for 2 weeks). Additionally, if you take advantage of this wonderful special price, you can get annual check-ups for only $49.95. Overhead is so responsive and all of the people they have sent are wonderful.

Salesman was helpful and answered all of questions. They called before delivery. Workmanship on wooden frame was very good. Clean up was good. Would recommend them.

Technician replaced header bracket and installed a carriage repair kit. The safety system was also tested.

The garage door opened or closed only with effort, and sometimes stopped in the process. When David arrived from Overhead Door, he noted that we had insulated the garage door, but not recalibrated the equipment to handle the additional weight of the door. He installed more powerful springs and lubricated the gadgetry. He even realigned the photo cells by the floor of the garage on each side of the door to make sure that they would "talk to each other" correctly. He also explained that the garage door - like other home machinery - should be maintained regularly, and suggested watching for Overhead Door coupons for maintenance specials, a deal that would be less expensive than a service call.

The installer was friendly, professional, helpful, and informative. They came within two business days, and my previous garage door was totally broken, so that was great.

They were on time and they did good work on the job done.

I didn't end up using them due to price higher then competitor.
