I asked them to come out quickly and they did. They got the job done in one day. They were professional, polite, and they did a good job of picking up when they finished.

I really appreciated how responsive they were to a problem my son was having on his garage door. They have always been very friendly and professional. They answer any questions that I have. They provide top-notch service.

We found the spring on our door had broken one night. We called at 7:45 the next morning. The serviceman called 30 minutes before arriving as planned and the work was done within 30 minutes. He was very professional and the price was what was originally quoted. I was especially pleased that we were able to get service the next day and the job was done quickly and professionally.

They were good, they were prompt, they had a good price, they were very professional and they were very easy to deal with.

I called and they had someone out the next day. He quickly fixed the door and even did a little preventitive work while he was here, greasing things, tightening bolts, etc.

We called the company on Sunday after the spring on our garage door broke suddenly. We opted not to have 'emergency' service on Sunday because they said they could fix the door on Monday, and would call in the morning to let us know when they would come. On Monday morning, the company called and gave us a service window of 10-2. Because I had a meeting at 2:30, and the company spokesperson said the job would take 45 minutes to an hour, we agreed on a window of 10-1. At 1:15, I called and was told (after being placed on hold several minutes) that the repairman was running late, and I was "next", but there would be no way he would be finished by 2:15. We agreed I would be back home by 4:00, and I would be on the schedule for after 4:00. At 4:45, I called again and was told again that I was "next", but it would probably be 5:30 or after. I said I'd like to give them a different number to call me on when he was on his way (my cell phone), but was told "he probably wouldn't get the message, because the office closes at 5:00." Once the repair man got here (at 5:40), he did a fine job, and the price was reasonable. Apparently, Mondays and Tuesdays are always extremely busy for them.

Provided price estimate over the phone and were prompt in scheduling an appointment that aligned with my schedule. Technician arrived during the agreed time and promptly replaced the broken cable. Since the estimate was based on a minimum of 1/2 hour of work and the cable only took 20 minutes, the technician completed a preventative inspection and service of this door and two others including lubricating all joints/springs and demonstrating to me how to repair a few minor problems.

Came home on Wednesday before my Friday wedding to discover that my garage wouldn't open with the opener, or manually. After some quick investigation, I figured out that the spring had rusted through and snapped in half. I called Garage Doors around 7 P.M. and got their after hours answering service. It wasn't an emergency, so I said I could wait until the next morning. I got a call around 8 A.M. or so and got quoted for a price I thought was fair, so I told them to go ahead. They processed my credit card over the phone and it was smooth sailing. Fortunately my brother and sister-in law were staying at my home, and were there to let the technician in. I'm not sure how it would've worked if I had to schedule during the day, but from the experience, I imagine they would have worked with me to make it convenient. I got a call around 11 A.M. from my sister-in law telling me that the garage was fixed. It is smoother and quieter than it has been, so I give them two thumbs up.

The repair tech arrived on time, assessed the problem and replaced the broken parts. The entire operation took approximately thirty minutes. He was very professional in his conduct and explained the job requirements to me in detail. Overall I felt things were done very well.

Rick was very professional and worked quickly. I told him what type of door I wanted and after he took measurements he provided a written estimate for me. I chose Overhead Door because they had the best price and received good reviews on Angie's List. The installer arrived on time and got to work immediately. He cleaned up after he was finished and finished the job sooner than was estimated. I am pleased with the finished product.

Things went very well, from the initial call for service through installation. Technician was on time, very polite and got the job done in a timely manner.

They came out the day I called, even though it was already noon. They had the door fixed within 2 hours, and now it works great and is super quiet!

The man that came out to evaluate the problem was very nice and professional, as was the workman that came a few days later.

Prior to scheduling, I called the company to make sure that they serviced our type of door springs and they indicated that they do since they make their springs on site. They were very prompt in scheduling and getting out to our house. They tried to sell my wife an upgrade rather than replacing the spring and then charged us a service call fee when she said she had to talk to me. The upgrade was more than the door cost. I contacted the supervisor and he indicated that he was trying to locate a spring and would get back with me. After hanging up the phone, I was able to locate several springs online and one at a local hardware store within a few minutes. I was a little upset they didn't just run to the hardware store, get the spring and install. To speed things up, I picked up the spring (the cost above does not reflect the price of the spring that I purchased) and they came back out the next day to install it. They did credit me the amount of the first service call. The door is working fine.

It was good. We haven't had much experience with other companies but I think it was good. Everything turned out fine so far. Everything seems to be working.

Excellent. When I called for service they had me try a simple test to try to avoid expense of service call. When that did not work, they scheduled a service call, came on time, and fixed the problem.

They did an emergency after hours replacement. They came within a couple of hours of being called and had the job done within an hour. They worked in the rain and in very lousy weather, but they got the job done at a reasonable price.
