It didn't cost me anything because he talked me through it over the phone. They called me back from their emergency line in about 10 minutes. It was an emergency when I realized that I couldn't lock my garage door, and it was late on a Saturday night. I thought I would have to pay quite a bit when he'd have to come out, but he talked me through everything on the phone.

Excellent job. Very timely. Door operates well. Only problem was failure to dispose of old floor seal on second garage door but company picked it up same day when called.

They came the day after I called, because it looked like they'd need to replace the opener, not just fix it, due to age. If I had just needed a repair, they could have come the same day I called. The technician was very friendly and helpful, and good at his job. He even changed some garage ceiling light bulbs for me at the same time. The company called me the day after to make sure I was satisfied. I liked the fact that they didn't try to sell me a new door as well, and recommended yearly maintenance, which I had never thought was needed. Great experience!

They came and we ordered the selected door which was installed 2 weeks later, due to the color we selected.

Arrived within 6 hours of call. Professionally replace spring and lubricated rollers.

Service within time frame they provided, done in less than an hour. Serviceman was gruff and needed my assistance lifting the garage door a few times, but otherwise was very professional.

It went great. I called at 7:30 and Eric was out here at 8:15am.

They were very timely, quick, and responsive. They gave us an estimate and that is what we paid. They were very professional. They explained to us what was wrong with the door and why it needed replaced.

I will definitely call them next year. They are very nice, punctual, and really can't complain.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. Called Overhead Door and they arranged for someone to come same day. There was an additional overtime charge for this which was understandable. After setting up the service with the office the service tech was very professional calling us multiple times to give updated status on his ETA. He completed the work quickly, offered additional advice regarding maintenance, and explained the costs clearly prior to starting the work. We ended up replacing the other spring at the same time which increased the original cost estimate. Overall, very satisfied with the service and work done.

I called them in the morning because my garage door wouldn't open and they were at my house by 2 p.m., same day. The technician was friendly. My garage door works now!

After I told him the problem he lowered the door, he disconnected the opener, raised it all the time listening to the squeaks. He got his spray lubricant and sprayed all the door parts. He told me which parts were probably the problem. He also suggested a way to reduce the vibration noise of the opener.

Both the man who replaced the garage door springs and the one who installed the opener were very polite and professional. The people in the office coordinated the work of the two so the job got done very quickly. The door opener had to be modified to fit the space in my garage. Everything was fitted and adjusted properly and the door opens more smoothly and quietly than it ever has.

We chose this company because of a combination of factors. When the technician showed up he did not have a uniform on, but had a company truck. The repair went fine.

I was quoted a price of $169 for next morning or $229 for that night service. As the door was stuck in a closed position and I could not get my vehicle out to go to work in the morning, we decided to get same day service. When I asked the Tech to come that night, you could hear his voice change and it was obvious he was not interested in doing the repair that night. But, I scheduled the service. He told me he would be on his way shortly and would call me to let me know he was coming. 30 minutes later the same tech "accidentally" called me back while attempting to call another customer. At that time he told me it would be at least 2-3 hours before he even started to head my way. Not wanting to have a tech show up at 9PM I canceled the service and called another company. It was VERY obvious that Overhead Door did not want to make an emergency service call. This was my first contact with Overhead Doors and it left a terrible impression with me in regards to their work ethic. ($200.00)

Made an emergency call to have someone come out and look at my door on a Friday morning. Kevin arrived around 7:30PM, and fixed the door in less than a half-hour, leaving it so we could open and lock by hand as the old, crappy opener had burnt out. Quoted $299 for a new install. Called Saturday morning to schedule the install, was told that Kevin's paperwork was not in yet, but would be scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday morning (before Thanksgiving), and would receive a confirmation call on Monday. Never received a call on Monday, called Tuesday AM for an update. Install now cannot happen until Friday or Saturday (when we are out of town for the holiday), or Monday. Asked for discount on Monday install, was told could not be done. Scheduled install for Wednesday with someone else.

I thought it was my garage door opener failing, and the first company I called said they could not come because they were too busy, so I called Overhead Doors, and they said they had someone working in my area and that they would send someone out. The man that replaced the springs was very nice and helpful.

There was a lot of adjustment and part(s) replacement to do. He also lubricated the door and the opener.

It went well. Troy was there without much delay and didn't take up much of my time. That was four months ago and the door continues to operate well. Another thing he did was remind me of how dangerous it was for me to try to fix it myself. I can see that he was correct. My only quibble is with the price. It is probably competitive, especially for a weekend job. It may be fair. It may have even been worth it for saving me from killing myself. Still, it struck me as excessive. I was grateful for the fast weekend service.

The service was great. They came out the same day I called and repaired my garage door. They did have to come out a second time to readjust the door, but they did not charge and it has worked perfectly every since.

The serviceman was on time, friendly and did the work very proficiently. We appreciated him explaining how it worked and our door is opening and closing easier than ever before!

He programmed it at the shop and I drove home and it didn't work. I contacted Kevin and he came out to my house that afternoon and programmed and it worked properly. Kevin didn't charge me for programing the opener.
