Excellent. From the moment I called the company to the service call, the experience was impeccable. I highly reccomend them

Called for service in a.m. and was told technician would arrive between noon and 3 p.m. Overhead Door called about 15 minutes prior to technician's arrival to inform me he was on the way. Technician (Delbert) arrived approximately 12:30 p.m. and completed work in approximately 30 minutes. He was courteous, friendly and professional.

Everything turned out fine. Their price was reasonable, it did not take long, and it has worked well since the installation. No complaints.

It was great. They did what they said they would do, and the dog crate protected the garage opener from golf b****.

They did a marvelous job. I give them As all the way.

He came out the same day that we called. The repair man was knowledgeable about what he was doing. He got all of the work done quickly and they had all of the parts right away. The entire repair only took a few hours. Their prices seemed to be standard.

I was very pleased with them and the price was right. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our garage door broke late last night, so we called this morning and Overhead Door was able to come out today, which was great because our cars were stuck in the garage. We disengaged the door from the operner and it still was stuck. Dale Speer showed up on time, fixed the door and even helped me locate a coupon in the yellow pages that saved me a flat 10% on the total. I like Overhead door because they provide great service with friendly and competent employees. My experience has not been as good with another large competitor.

They were on time and did a quick and excellent installation. I'll call them if I ever need service or replacement in the future.

The guy we used was JD. He got to our house within 10 minutes of when they said they would be there. He wasted no time and went straight to his work. He kept all of his work under 1/2 hour. He was efficient, polite, and professional. There are two garage doors on the house. He put silicon spray on both doors, which was just extra bonus.

From the estimator to work being performed - everything was done in a professional manner. Garage door was installed efficiently with no mess left behind. Security doors and thresholds installed properly. No mess left behind.

Original company i contacted (a name left by the previous owner) didn't seem interested in getting to me very quickly, so I contacted this company--they were prompt and very professional.

The guy who came over handled it very well. He did his job in a professional manner. He pushed back one of his appointments when we kept losing power because of a problem with the electrical grid. He waited for the power to come back on to complete his job. He answered my questions and showed me ways to set some of the minor problems right.

We went in to the show room on Saturday, they came to check the specifications on Monday and installed the door on Friday. The whole process was quick, efficient and easy. I will definitely use them again and also refer them to friends.

Theh door is still broken the next day and will not shut. They are taking their time coming to fix it and I work and do not have time for this. I called at 7:30 in the morning and still got the 11 to 2 wait period with a garage door wide open. Not good.

Service man showed up precisely as agreed, performed necessary work as well as some preventive maintenence.

My overall experience was great. My car was being held hostage by my garage as the springs the worked the manual release gave out on me. When I called to try and have someone come out and look at it, the friendly employee that answered my call was able to diagnose the issue and shoot me a extremely accurate estimate on cost without even having to have someone out. I made the appointment based on what I thought my work schedule would be and they were very accommodating. Once he got to work, it only took a matter of 20 minutes or so to complete. Before he left, we even spoke about another small issue I was having and he helped me to diagnose the problem and how to take care of it. I am really happy with both the cost and the service of Overhead and "if" (hopefully not) I need anything else with the door, I will call them again.

The wire that turns the mechanism of my old fashioned garage door snapped at 7:30am, trapping my car in the garage and making it impossible for me to get to work. I called and a was told the the repairman would arrive between 9 and 11. He arrived just after 9, less than 2 hours after I called and quickly repaired the door, allowing me to get to work without missing much.

The service was prompt and professional in every way.

See above. The one thing I did like was that they didn't try to see me a new door, and after the repair, said this still had a lot of life left in it.

He was courteous, explained everything well and did a nice job. They also honored an Angie's List discount for $40 off. This was just the preliminary work, but he got the paperwork going and they will be coming out to complete the project.

They did a very nice job and were punctual. I was very happy.

Rick G. came out and was very professional, knew his product inside and out. He proceeded to tell me how I could put garage doors in when others told me it could not be done without major structural changes. He explained how it could be done and at a reasonable price.

The service was perfect. The service tech (Eric) was friendly, professional and helped me learn what I needed to do to keep the door properly maintained. He gave me the option of helping lift the door which saved me some money on labor. I also appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a new door and operating system when all that was needed was a new spring. He also cheerfully accepted a 10% off labor coupon from the phone book. I'll never use anyone but Overhead Door company in the future.
