I called at 8am and the technician was here by 11:30am. Eric replaced our spring and inspected the door. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use this company again as well as recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Went fine. After the door was installed, the installer noticed several panels were dented and scratched from shipping.he finished the installation so we had a door but told us they would put another new on one. They came back the next week and put another new door on.

It went really well. He was very efficient and professional. He did a good job and made sure we were happy with what he did. He offered his assistance if we had any problems. It's 3 years later and it works great.

The technician was fine. he did a great job replacing the sensors what I am upset is he said that the wires probably broke because when it was installed the staples went through the wires and eventually wasn't any good.

They were very prompt. They came to my house just a couple of hours after I called them. They were very professional and fast. They came on a cold winter day and I appreciated that very much.

Seemed very conscientious and even left me bottle of lubricant for coils for future use. They made some slight adjustments and have had no problems in the 4 years since.

It went very well, the gentlemen arrived as scheduled, check the garage opener and discovered that it was the mother board that had been compromised by the lightening. The board was replaced and all the other parts of the door opener was checked. They did a wonderful job.

Technician was able to determine cause of the problem very quickly. He made sure that both the wall unit and remote control were functioning properly. Also gave us a 10% Angie's List discount.

r to the opener. He restored power, by finding the plug had come out of the wall, and the garage door opened perfectly. I don't believe that the two installers that arrived had any idea what they were doing and just wanted to sell an opener. If they had checked the power I wouldn't be so upset about paying $65.00 service call, but they did nothing to find the problem.

The repairman arrived in less than the 30 minute estimate. He tried to lift the door up to see how far it would move. Then he tried various things to see if he could unhook the tail gate where it was caught on the door. After a few tries he came up with the idea to try using a piece of metal that he carries to pull parts out of the long tubes on the truck. He was able to bend the end and make a hook then lying on the ground and pushing the door up, he was somehow able to hook onto the handle on the tailgate and move it enough to unhook it from where it was caught on the door, and lift the garage door up. Amazingly there was just a scratch on the tailgate, no warping or other damage. He lubricated the rollers of the garage door and thankfully there was no damage to it. He gave me tips about keeping the rollers lubricated and also suggested hanging a tennis ball on a rope from the rafter to make sure I pulled in far enough so if I accidentally forgot to close the tailgate again, the SUV would be far enough in so the same situation wouldn't happen again. He was very reassuring that these things happen, and not to be so upset about it.

Everything went great. He was on time and very helpful and informative about how to keep the door in good running condition.

They had given us a 3-hour window for the appointment. During that time, no one showed up and no one called. An hour later, I called to see if they were still coming. I told the receptionist why I was calling and she put me on hold. About 5 minutes later, the same receptionist came back on the phone and asked if she could help me. When I reminded her why I was calling, she put me on hold again. This time I didn't have to wait quite so long. I was connected with someone who deals with appointments, who apologized for the no-show and said she would check with the techs and find out what was going on. I was put on hold again -- I didn't time it, but I feel certain it was even longer than 5 minutes, could have even been 10. Finally, she got back on the line and said she'd talked with the techs. She said they had fallen behind, but for some reason, no one had notified us. She apologized and said she would get a tech to us in a half-hour. At that point, I decided to suggest that they consider changing the background music in their phone system, the music that people have to listen to when they're on hold: it's an annoying company promotional jingle that plays over and over and over again, not the kind of music that helps to calm irritated customers. In fact, it has the opposite effect. Of course I didn't expect them to say yessir, they would do that right away, but I did expect a respectful thank you for the suggestion and we'll pass that along. Instead, I got a rude and defensive response to the effect that they've played that jingle for many years and they're never going to change it. At that point, I decided I had had enough of this company and cancelled the appointment.

Excellently. Jason was at our house promptly, presented our options, and went straight to work. He double checked all functioning before leaving and made certain all was working correctly. Friendly manner, excellent efficiency, and got us able to get out of our garage. Great service!

I had purchased special deal for garage door maintenance. No problems with the door and none found during the service call. I felt that the service man was reputable when he didn't try to recommend any unnecessary items.

It went great. He was very professional and very informative. He made me feel comfortable while he was there, which can be an issue for women. He was very kind, and talked about all options with my situation. Not just price, but option A compared with option B. He was very informative in helping me make the best choice for what I needed. I was very pleased, he did a really good job, and improved the garage from what it was before. He was really looking out for us to make sure it didn't happen again.

long story short, garage door springs busted (they were 10+ years old), while being and quot;helpfuland quot; a family member of mine decided to take a look at it and hit the open button which caused the top panel of the door to detach and fly away from the rest of the door and slam into my vehicle. FUN! I called around to a bunch of after-hours places but garage doors had the cheapest service fee ($75) which I thought was extremely reasonable considering the circumstances. The guy came out about 25/30 mins after I made the call, he was able to get the rest of the door up and let me get my vehicle out and he temporarily fixed the gaping hole in the side of my house which was a huge plus! He informed us that the cost of new springs and 2 new panels would only be about $200 less than replacing the whole door. We opted to replace the whole thing. 1 week later, they were slated to come out anywhere from noon-5pm, they called at 11:30 to say they were on their way and arrived exactly at noon. Install took 2 hours, it was just one guy, which I had apprehension about but he was very quick and efficient and did an amazing job. I would definitely hire again for my garage door needs!

Arrived within the time window (4 hours). Evaluated the situation and recommended a repair (vs. replacement) given the age of the garage door opener. Completed the work within 30 minutes of arriving. Very professional individual.
