I was extremely pleased with the service and the price. They came out the next day after I phoned them which was great, since my car was stuck in the garage!

It went just great. Since it was a periodic maintenance service call to make sure the garage door and its opener worked well it was not a long job. It was done on time and the door and opener work very well again, nearly as well as new (the door and opener are about 15 years old).

Overall, I wasn't here my friend was here in my place but called me with David's recommendations and proceeded to make the repairs. It was relayed to me that he was on time, very effecient and had good customer service. This is not the first time that Overhead Doors has been to my home and I will continue to use them.

The spring snapped on Tuesday. I made the call to them after doing some research Wednesday morning. They arrived that AFTERNOON!!! Same day. It took him about 30 mins to replace it. He checked it several times. WD-40'd every henge and wheel on the door. It was great.

The installer, Eric, arrived on time and did a very professional job installing the door. The installation was complicated by a classic car that could not be moved. Eric was extremely careful working around the car. The fit on the door opening was perfectly aligned. When finished he cleaned up the area and removed all remnants of the former garage door. A year later we encountered some difficulty with the remote opener and the company sent a representative promptly to replace the defective part at no cost to us. They also performed an annual maintenance check and service at a greatly reduced 'Angie's List' discounted price. It definitely pays to work through Angie's List.

Over Head Door came out and re conncted my garage door opener. They also re programed my remotes and even programed the built in remote in my car. I was going to use there coupon and get a full check up, but the technician was honest and told me I did not need to have a full inspection and that my opener just needed to be programed. Like the Honesty would definately use them again.

Things were excellent. They were very professional and extremely careful. I called them Wednesday and they said they would do the work on Thursday. They did what they said they were going to do and arrived promptly. The work was quick, fast, and good. I have used them in the past.

We are pleased with the work performed.

I called at 12:00pm and the serviceman was out to my house at 1:30pm. They called me a half hour to say he was on his way. Finished by 2pm. Very pleased. Would use again.

They were great! They were very punctual and knowledgeable! The door is quieter and works wonderfully now. I must have asked a million questions and he answered them all and gave great advice on how to maintain the door.

I chose this company based on reviews. So, I called yesterday and was told they would come from 1-4pm. Nobody showed up at 4pm. So, I called at 4 and they apologized and said somebody got delayed and would call when the repair man was on his way to my house. They called at 4:15 and told me they would be there in 15 minutes. At 4:50, nobody was at my house. So, I called AGAIN and they apologized and said the repair man was near my home. The actual repair took 30 minutes and the service man Kevin did a great job (from what I can tell). I believe somebody should have called me by 4 to let me know they would not make the estimated time range......and once again at 4:30 when they gave me the 2nd time the repair man would be there. It was a waste of an afternoon and for a fairly simple repair I would have used another company that was more reliable or had better communication with their customers.

Don't know they haven't got the doors in they were wrong color.

The workers did a good job but they charged me for the trip out and then parts and labor. I think they should tell you if they are going to charge for the trip out.

Employee, I didn't like the idea that I was told I needed a door and a opener, the door with a little paint and a new opener woked didn't need a new door. Felt he was just trying to sell rather then repair

Everything was great. The new door looks and operates well.

They showed up on time, fixed my garage door within 30 minutes. The service man was knowledgeable and very friendly. Great service by the call center and service man. I called the company afterwards to say thanks. Thoroughly impressed.

They were right on time and the man was very personable. If I hadn't had that coupon, it would have been $49.95 more.

We called them out for a general tune-up of a garage door that wasn't closing on its own any more. The technician told us that it looked like the previous owners of the house replaced the door but not the springs or track, so it wasn't lining up properly and damaging the door. I had actually already been told this by a friend who installs garage doors so I trust that the technician was being honest. They found the correct track system and springs for our door and were able to make the repairs within a couple days. He even replaced the wore out / missing weather stripping around the door. Now the door opens and closes smoothly.

The estimator gave us an estimate which was the price charged on the day that the door was installed. The installer was efficient, very professional and performed an excellent job setting up the new tract, spring and door to fit the opening tightly. The weatherstripping gave a air tight seal aroung the door ans should provide a good seal when winter arrives. We were very pleased with the installation and would use them again.

Technician arrived within 2-3 hours of the phone call to Overhead Door. He replaced the spring, but had to remount one of the brackets that had come loose. He also re-secured the push button and lubricated the opener mechanism. The door has never operated as quietly!

Eric called about a half hour before he came, which was right in the middle of the time window I was given. He was firendly and courteous and got right to work. I was a bit skeptical because I noticed after purchasing the service that a time limit of 30 minutes was given in the fine print. I was just waiting for him to take 45 minutes and charge me extra. He got everything done - adjustments, lubrications, etc - all done w in the 30 minutes. He even changed out the burned out light bulb for me on the automatic light. I will definitely call them again if I need anything done to my garage door, or probably any doors for that matter. I was very satisfied w their service and feel I got more than my money's worth!

Everything went well. They had friendly, courteous service, were knowledgeable, and they did good work.

I think they are very reliable. They seem to be consistent. I used them ten or eleven years ago and that work is still excellent. So far I have been very satisfied with the way the work has been handled.

The technician did a good job tuning up both doors. The smaller one was making a lot of noise and it needed some repairs. They work and sound great now. He was very friendly and told me exactly what all of my options were in regard to the repairs.

He was on time, personable, and friendly. It was a very good experience. I would definitely call them again if I needed their services and I would recommend them. There was no sale pressure either which was great!
