On a hot Friday afternoon, I heard a thud - it sounded like someone hit the house. It took awhile to figure out that the garage door had fallen. I called Overhead Door. The person who took the call asked a few questions and quickly determined the problem. She looked at the service schedule and said someone could come that afternoon. Within two hours of placing the call, the door was repaired and working fine. I was truly amazed at the quick service. They are responsive, professional, great communicators, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!!!

The repairman David B. who came out on Aug 6 was great. He discovered that the first repairman had put the wrong size springs on the door which was causing the door to malfunction occasionally. But David B. was upfront with what the problem was and fixed it with the correct springs. The door works perfectly now. David was very professional and corrected the problem quickly. He knows his stuff!

Very prompt and courteous service. Fixed our door promptly and thoroughly checked the entire system. Lubed all moving parts and tightened all mounting hardware. Couldn't be happier.

When we called them, they were here the same day. They took care of everything. We didn't know that, but they were supposed to come out and check the operations of the door annually. The guy who came out had all this in his list to take care of. We were really happy with his service. He wasn't here very long time; but he also oiled all the rollers on the door because they were squeaking. We had a good response from them. They came out promptly, and helped us the same day.

The cable from the Stanley garage door opener broke one evening. I had trouble identifying the exact part necessary to fix the cable. The Overhead Door company sent out a really nice guy with lots of knowledge. He told me the exact Stanley part and said that Stanley, for some reason, would not let them order parts direct. The repair guy told me the exact part and said that if I called back when I got the part, they would install it for no charge. While there, he noticed that several of the little wheels on the doors that run inside the tract were not turning, so he replaced 6 of the wheels and lubricated the others on both sides of the doors. When the part came in, they did install the part on the Stanley opener with no charge. They did charge for the wheels on the tract that were previously installed. Overall, I had a good experience and the repair guy was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend the company for anyone with a garage door of any make or model. They were also very knowledgeable about the Stanley brand of garage door openers.

They did the work fine and we had no problems with them putting it in. The installers were good and I was happy. Their price was reasonable. The guy helped us pick a shade for the door to match with the panel in our family room. The match was unbelievable and he did a good job.

There was a delay in getting the order from the manufacturer. It would have been nice if they had called to tell me that it was delayed, but I had to follow up with them. Once it came in the installation was done professionally and the installer did a good job discussing the proper maintenance and operation of the door. Overall I was very pleased with their product and service.

They were very good. The girl was very nice over the phone when I called them. The repairman who came out was very efficient and friendly. I have no complaints what so ever with them.

They were prompt, pricing was reasonable, and installation went without problem. And the new operators are much quieter than the old ones that were replaced.

Very well. I called, and got the price in advance. They sent out somebody to make sure it would work out, and I selected the color I wanted. They were there when agreed to, and the door works and looks great.

The checkup was a sale through Angies list. Replacing the rubber gasket was a last minute add on, but was quick and easy since he had the parts on his truck.

They came quickly and they were nice and responded to my call right away. He did a good job.

The serviceman showed up on time, asked me if there were any specific problems he needed to be aware of before he serviced the doors, he adjusted, lubricated, and checked all the doors. He also complimented us on how the doors had been taken care of since they hadn't been serviced for such a long time he was impressed that they were still working as well as they were. We got a nice discount for going through Angie's List as well!

I called and they were here within 3 hours - another place I called didn't answer and by the time they called back OHD was already here. The price was decent after the angies list discount, but I still think the trip charge was a tad bit higher than it should be. Overall, I am very happy with the work and am glad I called them. Very prompt and I needed prompt! Thanks!

They come out the same day you call them, which is really nice when you can't open the garage door to get your car out! They did very good work and we would definitely use them again.

Bill arrived on time and got to work. I have never had my garage door serviced. This was a maintanence call. In addition the routine maintanence, he replaced a board where the opener was attached to the garage header. It had not been properly fastened to begin with and was warped. He also pointed out several other gaps in the overall structure of the framing and proceeded to drill anchor bolts where necessary. He explained what he did thoroughly and was very professional and conscientious about his work.

Overhead Door provided the cost up front when I made my appointment. I received a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment time, and the technician was on-time and professional. The technician discovered a problem with my garage door opener and was able to fix it as well. I requested an appointment on the internet the night before and received a callback to schedule my service by 8:45am the next morning.

They came out promptly and did a very good job. They did the work and were on their way.

Spring broken Friday afternoon. Call around 5:30 PM and he was here by 7:00 PM. Had to pay overtime rate because it was after hours. Otherwise would have had to wait until Monday. Too about an hour to complete work.

The entire process was really great. When we called we thought we would have to schedule a time for an estimate but they were able to give us an estimate over the phone. Once we approved, the door opener was installed within 1 week with no issues.
