At the end of the day we have a really old door, motor, etc. and this will all have to be replaced at some point in the near future. Overhead Door was so honest, professional, and helpful that there is no doubt they will be the ones who receive our business when we need the huge overhaul (which will be a long process as evidently in the 1950s they put in 15 foot doors which now have to be special ordered and take 2 to 4 weeks to get in). USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

They were outstanding. I called during the evening and they called promptly the next morning. They came out that same afternoon, did the job as well as some other maintenance. I was very pleased with the technicians attitude. Everything was just wonderful.

They charged me about $250 and that included the actual motor for the garage door opener. So they bought the equipment and installed it. I would recommend them. They were quick and their price was really good. We didn't have any problems.

They did a fine job of doing what they set out to do and that was to tune up the garage door mechanism so it works smoothly. They improved the operation of it noticeably. The guy that did it was very professional, friendly, and seemed to be very confident in what he was doing.

Initially, their price was higher than another company that I had talked to, but they easily and politely matched their competitor's price and even made it a little lower. The technician was polite, personable, cleaned up afterwards, and was very respectful. I'd use them again and would recommend them.

We called for an estimate to fix our garage door and reprogram our keypad. A technician came out to our house later the same day and was on time. Estimates: $200 to replace the gear box, $350 to replace the whole opener, plus $50 to replace the keypad because they can't reprogram it. The technician advised that we should replace the whole thing. I called another company for a second estimate who advised that he could replace the gear box for $113 and that we should do that as it usually goes out about halfway through the life of the opener and that he can reprogram the keypad. Overhead Door of Indianapolis wanted to overcharge us and sell us stuff we don't need.

I was very satisfied with my experiences with Overhead Door. The workers were fast and efficient. I felt that I was getting a decent price. I did not check around on the price they gave us.They were honest and trustworthy. I would have liked them to arrived alittle earlier but it all worked out. I will be using them again if needed.

The finished product turned out good. There were a couple problems with the installation that required follow up visits from them. They followed up and fixed all problems.

My old garage door had been damaged and was sagging to the point that I was afraid it would fall in on our cars. I called Overhead Door and a guy came out to give me an estimate the same day. It was less than I expected it to be, especially since the arch of my garage is an odd size and needed reinforcement. He was willing to work with me to keep the cost lower. I did not feel sales pressure from that visit. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the actual work that was done a couple days later. These folks know what they're doing. A+

They were excellent. I've used them way back once. So I've had them out to my house twice. I wish I could remember how much they charged me the last time, but I know it wasn't much at all. It was quite reasonable. It must have been $300. I keep going back to them because of their honesty and good products. The technicians that come out and do the work have great memory. The guy that came out this time was the same one who did the first garage door, and that was over five years ago. So that was very cool.

Called Overhead Door up and they sent someone out the next day and repaired it. They did a great job. Very happy with the outcome.

I called and received approximate prices on a new insulated garage door and opener. I talked to several companies. Overhead Door was the best price. The salesmen came to my home on a Saturday morning was prompt and friendly. We discussed several types of doors and door openers. I selected the door and when he gave me the price it was lower than I expected!! The door was installed the next Saturday. I did not need to miss work. The installer came and was extremely helpful and nice. He helped me move several items so he could but up the door. He worked around our very large 8' x 8' exercise equipment that was 3 ins below the track! He worked quickly but carefully. He was really friendly and helped program the door openers. Oh yes, I forgot to mention it rained the whole time the guy was installing the door!! The garage door is awesome!! It seals very well and keeps my garage warm. The opener is a chain opener but is so quiet I have to look to make sure I have opened or closed the door. The color was perfect. I am very pleased with my new garage door and opener!! S

Estimator arrived on time and reviewed our needs and provided an estimate very quickly . He identified an problems that we weren't aware of. His pricing was very close to the company we ultimately chose.

I received next day service. The man was prompt and did a good job.
