They were great. They were here within about three hours of our phone call. They were timely, responsive, and professional. They took care of the problem very efficiently.

They repaired the broken spring and installed a new garage door opener and keypad all at the price we were told. The tech arrived on time, was professional and did a quick, quality job. The opener is soooo quiet. We love it. We would definitely recommend them to others.

They come in and check for loose bolts. They check the springs and everything then lube the tracks and rollers. He was prompt, knowledgable, and professional. He explained everything to me.

The install went smoothly they were on time and did the job quickly. After they left however I noticed a few issues. I was told by the salesman during the initial quote the single button key-chain garage door opener I had for my motorcycle from my old house would work with the new opener they were installing since it was from the same company just in a different installation location (my old house was in a different town.) Unfortunately the remote did not work properly they did however replace it after I complained about it to multiple people (but the key chain remote they gave me is bulky has three buttons and nowhere near as nice as the one I had.) I also had them come back out to fix the seal of the door. The edges along both walls were not sealed properly they were showing quite a bit of light and I could feel outside air coming in. In fact the gap was so large I could fit my thumb in it. They came back out and tightened the doors and told me some light would come in but it would keep the elements out. During this past winter I could still feel cold air coming in at these gaps and my insulated garage was about 15-20 degrees colder than my house. I have not contacted them again to fix this issue as I am sure they will continue to tell me there should be a gap that large. As far as the remote goes they originally were going to have me buy one and ended up basically telling me I was lucky to get the one they gave me so I haven't attempted to get that replaced either. My last house had an overhead brand door similar to this one and there were no gaps like this or air issues. I am extremely dissapointed with this local vendor. My last overhead brand door was great and when I saw there was an overhead door vendor here in Indy I was excited to get a nice door that seals well, keeps the elements outside, and my garage a good temperature. I went with this company even though they were more expensive than the others because of my previous experience with their product and the remote I already had. Unfortunately I was wrong, it doesn't matter how nice a product is if it is not installed properly. There is no point in paying more money for an insulated garage door if it is not sealed correctly. I will post an update if any of these things get fix but if I were you just go with a cheaper company and save yourself the money and hassle.

I use their services annually. They are very prompt. They changed it from a chain to a belt and it is so quiet now that we can barely hear it. Their prices are reasonable and I have referred them to my daughter.

The sevice visit was done soon after I called for help. Since the fix for the door was relatively simple, the service man preformed a general service call and checked all of the parts, lubricated the door and left it in much better condition than when he arrived. Thus, the price of the service call was not wasted.

Over the years they have been out to do some work like replacing the spring. I don't remember the dollar amount but I remember that we had shopped at some other places and their installed price was better than we could do. We were very pleased. They were here when they said they would be here and got the job done. They cleaned up well. They were very professional and competitively priced. We have used them repeatedly and we have referred our friends to them.

They did some initial repairs on my garage door, however were not able to fix my door opener. They gave me a good estimate on installing a new opener and it has been great. The only reason I marked them done on punctuality is because they somehow lost my appointment for the new opener installation and I had to reschedule. They make it out the next day.

I have used them several times. They were reliable when they came. They were excellent.

We've had them come out twice and on both occasions they were very prompt. They were also very good.

The technician arrived when scheduled, tightened and replaced failing screws, and lubricated the door rollers. He looked at the motor as well and said that it was one of the best models that they had ever built and should continue to function properly for years to come. That was nice to hear!

Excellent company. They are very busy and sometimes difficult to schedule but their technicians are excellent.

I was given the time they would show up...and they did. I was given the estimate before any of the work was started. It was a good experience (other than my garage door would not open). But after the new spring...all is well. I will definitely hire Overhead Door when needed.
