Service man was friendly, courteous, and professional in his approach to the work to be done.

I felt like the technician did not do as much as I expected. Under the deal I was okay, but I kinda expected more.

It went great. I called at 8AM and they were out by 12 noon. The service man even helped me find a $30 discount coupon I could use for the services.

Purchased the and quot;Angie's Dealand quot; for a garage tune-up. Took several months to for the contractor and Angie's List to figure out who I paid - was more disappointed with Angie's List than contractor in this regard. Overhead door did a fantastic job once they were engaged to do the work.

They were and prompt and cleaned up after themselves. We are satisfied with the service.

I called Overhead Doors on Monday, August 20th and left a message to be contacted back to schedule service. I never received a call. I called back on Tuesday, August 21st at 10:20AM and was sent to a sales representative. The Representative was not clear in their presentation and at times was rude about my questions. Also, I felt the cost was too high but the cost was not the issue. I have known Overhead Doors to be a reputable company however, a few bad apples led to this negative report.

I called to get our broken garage door spring fixed. They gave me a quote for $232 to fix it. The guy came out the next day and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He also replaced the capacitor as part of the service. The final price was exactly what they quoted it would be. The repair guy was knowledgeable about garage door systems and added a quality spring system to replace the barely satisfactory system that was put in place originally by another company.

The tech, Bill, was very thorough and informative. He was punctual and will definitely have them out again--hopefully not with a problem, but to do normal maintenance required.

I screwed up. One spring gave out and I didn't look up to recognize it was a spring problem. Then I lost a second spring and it bent the top of the door. All my stupidity cost me around $1100. After that, I've been having them come in every year to do a tune up. I'd rather pay $60 a year than $1100 at one time. They always fit me in fairly well and they sent me a reminder that it's time to come out again.

After I called Overhead Door, they scheduled me for the soonest appointment they had available, late that same day. J.D. called before he arrived and was right on time, actually earlier than scheduled. Looked at the problem(s) and went right to work. Friendly and showed me how to do the maintenance and what products to use. I will do the maintenance in the future but if I have any garage door problem in the future I will call them again.

The service they gave was fine. The only problem is that, they charged me a service charge for the cost of driving out here, and I was not too happy about it. The quality of service was excellent, they used quality materials. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

It went well and the representative was very professional. I was not happy about not being able to use my existing opener but the new garage door is good and insulated more than the previous one and the door openers work well.

Called company on a Saturday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Technician called before arriving. Upon examination he determined the door handle/lock was worn and to be on the safe side should be replaced. Took about one hour.

Bill did a great job on the doors. Completely sealed, and the new hardware looks very nice. I was very pleased with his professionalism. My only complaint is with the parts department. I left voice messages that were never returned. I ended up calling again and talked to someone who was very short, sounding upset. I was inquiring on whether they could special order brass hardware, or stainless steel (I was going for a high-end look). I was told very curtly, seeming somewhat disgusted that I called again, that my only choice is the standard hardware that they install on all of the doors that they install or service. I would have gladly paid a handsome mark-up. I have to believe high-end hardware exists somewhere. But don't expect Overhead Door to find anything like this.

Our garage door would not open. The service person came quickly to check it. The spring was broken so he fixed it, and the door has been in good shape ever since. I will definitely call this company again if the garage door needs servicing.

I called about 8:30am and the technician (Kevin) arrived about 10:30am the same day. He replaced the broken springs and serviced the door and mechanism in about an hour. Very professional and very courteous.

They did a great job. They were professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job and I was very happy to have them do it. It was a good price.

The old door and coil spring on my garage finally gave out. I had to park my car in the driveway. Unfortunately my cadalitic converter was stolen while I procrastinated on repairing or replacing my garage door. I'd had it repaired before and it was time to just replace it. I called overhead doors because I had used their services on another garage North of Indy. The service there was good and the service here on the South East side of Indy was even better. They were prompt polite, and did a great job! From the phone service, estimator, installer, to a final minor adjustment later, the team is outstanding. I am very satisfied with the door and the work done. Most of all the customer service was top notch! I feel that my belongings are secure with this new door. It has an interior lock, no handle on the exterior, and insulated. Love it. katrina

The tension spring on my garage door broke. The door is too heavy for me to open it. I caught a ride to work the next day and found these guys on Angie's List. I called and they offered same-day service, but I was unable to be there until the next day. They showed up on time and had the door fixed within an hour. The technician even played with my dog! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was very impressed with the experience. They call before they come and are within the time expectation that they give. It was a completely new project but because our garage door is under warranty they made sure to fix the problem free of charge under that warranty. They really took care of us and our garage door issue. They went above and beyond our expectations.

It was an excellent experience. I called the evening before, when the door broke. We discussed prices dealing with a emergancy price. They advised me to wait to the next day because it was cheaper. I called them the next day and set up an appointment over the phone, which I thought was very courteous. They accepted the coupons with no hassle. The technician called me 25 minutes before he was going to arrive. He explained to what he was going to do, then he did it. We did some test and everything seemed correct and fine. But a couple days later there seemed to be some other problems with the automatic light. I called them to come back and see what the problem was. He came over and fixed the problem with no problem and did not charge me because we were still under warranty.

The garage door opener was not performing dependably. It would not always open or close and the light would turn on randomly. A new garage door and opener were installed 2 years ago by them. I setup an appointment and the repair person arrived early in designated time window. He examined the unit and determined the problem to be a short in a wire and the controller circuit board. He corrected the issue. He lubricated and inspected the door for a tune up call. We were charged for a tune up only. They have been excellent when they installed the door and opener and any issue since then has been corrected promptly with minimum or no cost.
