They came out to access broken garage door opener. They brought me out to the garage and showed me what the issue was. They recommended a replacement door opener and the repair person went online and got me a coupon. The day of installation they arriived on time. Completed the new garage door opener installation. Took me out and demonstrated the opener. Both the rapair person and the installation person were noce and courteous. The opener has been working great and the garage door has never worked better.

I was very happy with the work and workmanship. The technician was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did come and put a new gasket on the door. He told me my door was old, which is as old as my house. The gasket has not held up, it is starting to tear off. I am not happy with that.

I called them on Saturday morning and the person who answered said the woman who does the scheduling was on another phone and she would call back in a few minutes. It was more than a few minutes but they eventually did call back. Then to my suprise the earliest they would be able to come was Tuesday. Fortunately, my van was outside if it was not I would have searched for another company to come out earlier. The repairman came out early on Tuesday and did a very good job in my opinon. He replaced both springs and serviced the doo.

They did a good job. I was happy with them and I would use them again.

Very satisfied: was punctual, performed services quickly and efficiently. Only called for service on one door with opener, but he checked and oiled other garage door also.

We called first thing in the morning and were told it would be later in the afternoon. They showed up around 5:00p.m.. We had both cars stuck in the garage and were unable to get the door up. The release wouldn't work since the spring was broke. He did a good job fixing the door with the limited space he had. We would hire them.

They were courteous, responsive and professional. I had a tight schedule and they were able to work with me. They could have made it out the very next day but their installer broke his arm (Can't be mad about that!) My experience was top notch and i absolutely LOVE my new garage door :)

I called Overhead Door to get an appointment for garage door maintenance and I set an appointment within a week. The person on the telephone was professional and easy to work with. The technician showed up right on schedule. He performed the regular maintenance and then I had a question about a small area where cold weather and pests might come in so he addressed that by adjusting the door. He seemed to be very good at his job, he was professional and helpful. He answered my questions in a very polite way. I would definitely use Overhead Door again.

My garage door openers were 36 years old. I called and they sent a service person who informed me that the part I needed to fix my door was not made anymore. Not surprised. So I scheduled to have two new garage door openers installed. Both appointments were scheduled when I wanted them to come. The guy worked two hours and the job was done. Then he explained everything about how these doors worked. He programmed the Home button in my car. Great experience. I have used this company several times over the 36 years for minor repairs. I will call them again.

Last night, one of my garage door springs broke as the door was closing, making a big crash. Obviously, had the spring given way with a person or car under the door, it would have been a serious problem. I had used Overhead Door before, so I called them this morning, and a service person was able to come out in the afternoon. He replaced both springs, since they were about 20 years old. I have found the company responsive and pleasant.

I currently rent out a house that I previously lived in, and I received a phone call from my tenant while I was out of town on vacation. She told me that the spring had broken on the garage door had broken. From my hotel room, I logged into my Angie's List account, found Overhead Door and made the arrangements for the repair. I provided the name and contact info for my tenant for them to call her to schedule the visit. Before I even had a chance to send my tenant a text message, they had already called her! It was so easy and made me look good that I was responsive to my tenant's needs.

We used this company twice. The first time was for a garage door that would and quot;bounceand quot; up and leave our home open during the day to anyone that would wander by. Despite my attempts at adjusting the garage door we felt we needed a professional to make sure this would not happen again. They came out and quickly and professionally adjusted the garage door so this problem would not happen again. Since the repair we have not once had this failure. The second time the company came out was for a broken garage door spring. They replaced it quickly and efficiently and for an excellent price!

I'm always happy with the Original Overhead Door company. They are knowledgeable, punctual, and nice. I call them whenever I need garage door installation or service.

Overall I was very happy and satisfied with the sevice and the quality of work. It was done on time and in I was comnpletely sattisfied.

Service person came on time to do the required checks and lubrication and suggested to me what I could do to help maintain good operation of the door. The door has worked fine.

John Duvall was a wonderful service tech. He went above and beyond. He explained everything to me and recommended a good lubricant to use on the door and springs, which was Zep. He was very kind and patient with my questions. I would use him again when I need a door repair or service.

Perfect- called 9 am- they were out at 12:35- easily diagnosed the problem and fixed with in an hour. Technician was good, personable, knowledgeable and polite- fixed the door and was able to give me a couple of helpful tips about my door. The door was installed by another company and when I called them they advised I would need to call another company as they were too busy for repair work.

The estimator came on Monday and the door was installed on Friday. It was exactly as described and works perfectly.

Just fine! Relatively quick. He explained why openers need tuning. I like the keypad they installed much better than the last one did ourselves. Specifically, I like that it's easy to press the keys and is not like our last one where we had to deliberately and forcefully press each key. Anyway, I'll use them again in the future!

I contacted two places for estimates and Overhead Door had a much better price. The opener seemed to be more Commercial than the other company's opener. They came out and installed the opener which was 14 feet up in just a few hours. They also retensioned my Barn door spring. They even looked at my other Barn door and retensioned and lubed it. No extra charge. You have to love a company that has employees like that. When I get ready to put another opener on the Barn, this will be the only company I will call.
