Very well. Great service, professional, friendly. Worked very efficient done in no time. Explained everything very well. Will always use them. They did the original install when we built our home. Have always been great and fairly priced.

First and foremost this company came out on a Saturday which is very valuable to us as a household. We did not have to go the emergency route and we did not have to take any unnecessary time off work. He came in and asked what was wrong, confirmed the issue and got right to work. He was very informative with the questions I was asking about how it may have happened as well as general maintenance and upkeep of the garage door. The process from start to finish was very fast and left me completely happy with the results. This is friendly company that keeps the customer in mind. I highly recommend this company and if I ever come across needing this in the future I will definitely reach out to them again.

I am trying to get them to come out and get my door fixed. They just installed the door and now they don't seem to be interested in helping me get the problem fixed. They don't want to be bothered wit h me now that I have a problem. Update: I have been trying to get them to come out and fix the light that is shining through the panels of the garage door. Their solution now is to try and put sticky stuff in between the panels to stop the light shining through, but if the panels would meet flush then I wouldn't have the problem. They are pretty much done with the door and they are saying that there is nothing else they can do. I would never use them again.

Called this morning and got a quote to replace door spring for garage door. $ 173 seemed fair so I scheduled appointment for the afternoon. Technician arrived on time, job was finished in an hour or so charges were exactly as quoted. I've used them before and find this company very reliable and fair on price. I will use again.

One of my garage door springs broke on a Saturday evening. I called a different place at first that said they had 24 service and they said they couldn't be out until 2 pm on Monday. I called Overhead Doors next and Jason was at our house within an hour and replaced both springs in an hour. He was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable with him. We could not be happier with the speed and quality of the service. The garage door is quieter than ever before which was an unexpected bonus.

I called Overhead door in the morning, talked with Tracy. I was given a window of 12:00-5:00pm. I called around 4:00pm and asked where I was in line. Tracy called back to give me a 15-20 min time. Jamie Davis, Residential Service Tech arrived and fixed the problem right away. He even changed the lightbulb. You could tell Jamie had a lot of experience. I would use the company again if I could ask for Jamie.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly with a positive attitude. I wish all technicians interacted this way! He advised us on our garage door opener which was slipping and suggested alternatives which included replacing it rather than repairing.

Provider explained in detail all that he was going to do before he started work. He then followed up with details on what he did and that everything worked as expected....he oiled the gears and instructed me on how to use the keyless entry (didn't have code from previous owner).

It went great! Jason was friendly and literally whistled while he worked.

I live in a condominium complex which requires specific requirements for exterior changes to the building. Jay Newson, Sales Consultant, read the requirements, and selected windows which would pass the approval of the condominium board. He worked with me, and responded in less than a day for any information needed by the board. He visited twice during the installation, and listened to my concerns about Overhead Door's Office staff. John Pierce was the installer. He made three visits: one for measuring the windows, and two visits to install the windows.He also helped me move some furniture that was too heavy for me to move. John said that he installed the windows as if he were doing it in his own home. I would agree. I feel he did an excellent job, and made sure that my home and yard were free of any debris. He also made sure that I could demonstrate how to operate the windows. The only problem that I encountered was with an Office Staff member. She did not process my deposit on my charge card until I called her ten days after the installer's visit. The delay was ten days as I had gone on vacation, and found the oversight when I returned. The office staff member changed my installation date and did not inform me. Only when I called the day before the original date did she acknowledge the change. The office staff member also did not schedule the installation for two days although the installer said that he told her to do so. Fortunately, I was able to accommodate the second day in my schedule. Both Jay and John were aware of the office staff member's performance issues and said that supervisory staff was working on performance issues. Even with the problems with the office staff, I am very pleased with the windows. They are of high quality. The have cut down the amount of street noise that I hear. I have also noted that my central air conditioning unit is turning on less frequently. I have already recommended Overhead Door Company to my neighbors, and will continue to do so.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Jay Newson, Sales Consultant, came to my home, measured for the door. He gave me my options, and I selected a garage door that had vinyl insulation. Since I live in a condominium community, I had to wait to get approval of the condo board. In that process of waiting, one of the springs of my old door broke. My car was trapped in garage. Jay came out and lifted my old door so that I could get my car out. I then scheduled for the new door, and got an emergency approval from condo board. Jay got me worked into the schedule for installation. Mark Hurley installed the new garage door and reconnected my garage door opener. He was prompt and professional. He explained everything that I needed to know about the new door. I was pleasantly surprised that the job took less than 1.5 hours. The job was well done and I could not expect any better experience.

They came out and did okay. I thought they were really expensive and they didn't really fix the problem but gave a suggestion. He did advise that he had completed a tune up.

Service was very prompt and professional. Even though the specific door that was being replaced was no longer made, the associate found a door that was a near perfect match. Door was installed quickly and quietly with no issues.

We had several unsuccessful attempts with other providers to perform work on our gate. We finally found overhead doors and they were able to fix all of our gate (and garage door) issues. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Of course it happened on a Sunday evening as we were heading out to leave. We called and tech was here within 2 hrs. Which we felt was very quick considering he had another ahead of us.

Our garage doors and openers were installed by Overhead Doors back in 1998 and we had not had any serious issues. However, I began having a problem in September 2014 with one garage door in that it would not open or close properly. I found an online coupon for a "tune up", which I knew the doors needed, and was hopeful that also might resolve the issue the one door was having. The serviceman was prompt and courteous. I told him the issue and he did tell me that if it was not a simple problem that it would likely be more cost effective to replace the opener than try to repair it, given its age and parts availability. At my request, he went ahead with the tune-up and problem identification. He seemed happy to be able to tell me the problem was nothing more than an $8 part needed to be replaced - and he had it on hand! Not only that, he noted that the sensors (which my husband had replaced a number of years before) were possibly interfering with each other due to how they had been installed. He offered to switch them to be facing appropriately without any additional charge. Both doors and openers have been working flawlessly since. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the reliability we've seen from the doors and openers we purchased from this company in 1998 and with the service received since.

It went very well. Door was not opening and closing smoothly and was very noisy. The necessary adjustments were made,newly oiled, and it is now working very well.
