Went fine--would use again.

There was nothing I didn't really like. They gave me a good price and they did what they said they were going to do. They were on time. They cleaned up well.

They did a very good job and showed up on time. I would use their services again in the future.

I shorted out the automatic light fixture in my garage door opener and was afraid I would either need a new opener, or have to be in the dark from now on. They came within a couple hours of my call, quickly determined the light fixture could be replaced, had the part on their truck and fixed my opener. They also and quot;tuned upand quot; both my garage door mechanisms. Very professional, and helpful.

Not much to tell - they arrived, did their thing, and left. It was all very quick.

I called them, and they offered to come out at the same day, but I was not home. They came out first thing the next morning. They told me on the phone that it was going to be $169. The guy was there for thirty minutes, and he replaced a major part of my garage door. He was very professional and did a great job for me. It cost me exactly what they said it would. I could not have asked for anything better.

They are very good and I had really liked their service. They were very informative, prompt and clear about what they were going to do, just like professionals. They had done repairs for us on numerous other occasions like the time, when they had replaced two of our doors with better quality doors.

The service man was very courteous and we were very happy with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were under a contractor. I think they did a good job. We are still having some problems in getting things straightened out, but I am not sure if it is their fault.

I sent an email on Sat expecting a call back on Monday. They called later Saturday. The person was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came out the next week. They found the problem was with the motors (they were not anchored correctly) and fixed.

The installation went flawlessly. The installer noticed a small dent in one of the panels that even I did not see. Impressed. He finished the installation and returned a few days later with a replacement panel. The door is beautiful and very quiet. No problems.

Phoned company, after checking Angie's List ratings. Went also to their website. Very pleasant people at their office, the Sales Rep. arrived on time. We received a phone call after the door arrived at their facility to schedule an installation appointment. Received an additional phone call 30 min. before installer arrived. Installer worked quickly and efficiently. The door looks great.

Installation went very well. After the installation there was a problem with the door leaking. Overhead doors was very prompt in getting the manufacturer's rep to come and look a the door to get it repaired. Overhead doors followed up every step of the way until the repair was completed to my satisfaction.

They are very prompt and very knowledgeable as far future needs that I may need as far as replacing the garage and provide me with information if I needed it going forward.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The gentleman came and fixed the problem and told us what we needed to be aware of for the future, which was wonderful so we can plan. He said we would probably need a new garage door fairly soon. He also told me why. He didn't try to sell me anything or scare me. He was wonderful. The price was great.

They completed the job in the time frame they told me. The did an excellent job on my SUV.

I have had overhead door out twice to replace broken springs on my garage door. Making the appointment was easy, the person I spoke to on the phone was very courteous. The technician came on time and was very efficient.
