Conscientious workers. Came back after installation to touch up scratches in paint and to program remote in my vehicle.

The service was provided promptly and the employee was very professional. I called early afternoon and the technician was at my home within 4 hours. I very much appreciated the fact that he directed me to a coupon which save me over $50. I am very happy, no fun being stuck in the garage.

Repairman came to see what was needed.Said he would get the part and be back tomorrow since it was late in the day.He came back the next day and fixed the problem in about an hour.

The experience was really good. We called them on Monday and they offered to come out that same day but we weren't able to use them until this morning. The repair man was very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain what he did and why.

It went off exactly as I expected. They brought it they did it promptly and there was no problem. I bought the Big Deal offer. They did exactly what we hoped for.

They were prompt, the serviceman explained what needed to be done and was very professional about it. He warned that repairmen from another company on a commission basis so they may make unnecessary repairs. He told us upfront it would be a lower price if we could get it done at the start of the week, but we needed to get our cars out of the garage. He did an excellent job, explained everything he was going to do and why. We've done business with them in the past and have always had an excellent experience.

I was satisfied with the Overhead Door Company. It wasn't too expensive. They're the company we've always used. They've been around a long time. You know how the springs break and make a horrible noise? Well he put two in, so that the other one wouldn't break either. And I was surprised that it didn't cost an arm and a leg, it wasn't too expensive.

I'm overjoyed. The repairs were completed to our expectations. The door is working wonderfully. We had a little problem getting the service scheduled via email due to a vacation for one of the employees. But once we followed up with another person we were scheduled within 3 days and repairs were completed quickly.

Everything was perfect. The door works very smoothly now. He was friendly.

The spring on our garage door broke. We called Overhead Door at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18. They said they could come out to our house to fix the door between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. They arrived at 12:30 pm. The service technician, Jason Stemshorn, was extremely knowledgeable about the situation. He explained exactly what had happened and how he would go about fixing it. He told me the price before he began the job. After replacing the spring on the door, he rehung the garage door opener and made adjustments to it. We were not charged any additional fee even though he worked an additional 1/2 hour just making things and quot;rightand quot;. He was professional, courteous, and a great person to do business with. We will definitely call him again when his services are needed.

They were very fast, cleaned up everything and hauled it away. I will definitely use them again if I have any garage door issues!

It went very good. The door was much more quiet after the lubrication and adjustments made by the technician.

They were so good, the guy came out and told me exactly what was wrong with the door and corrected things that were done wrong in the past at no additional charge. Took pictures and sent them to me because I'm out of state, showed the tenant how to operate the door and explained to her how to maintain it. He also went to check out another property to make sure the garage door was installed correctly and no safety issues. He went above and beyond what he needed to do.

Purchased a Big deal for Overhead Door Company Of Indianapolis. The service was fine. The gentleman that came out to inspect the garage door was very nice.

Arrived as scheduled and finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up all debris and the work done was excellent. The installer was friendly but not so talkative that it would slow his work. He had over 20 years of experience installing and worked nonstop until the job was done.

The technician is named Kevin Spangler. He was very professional and competent at his work. He only spent about 30 minutes to correct the horrible job done by Payless Garage Door Repair. He did not charge me through the nose like the last people did. This is now the only company I will call for garage door work. Trust the reviews!! Do not call anyone else.

They were very pleasant to deal with, from getting a quote to the installation process. There was a significant time lapse between the quote and when I was able to schedule the repair due to insurance claims issues, but they honored the quote given. The installation included replacement of the entire garage door and tracking, and was completed within about 2 hours.

Went Ok - wanted them to comeback and check on a noise when opening the Door - they did once but were reluctant to come back a second time when the noise persistant!
