Overhead customer service was outstanding when I called in. At first they gave me a 12-5pm window. When I asked for an earlier time, she found she had a person in the are and could squeeze me in! Bill came before Noon and was very professional and informative. He 1st pointed out that my opener was very old but that he should be able to try 'a few things' to not have us replace it yet. He did a throrough maintenance on the opener, rails, chain and bar. He answered all my questions and provided advice on how to use the adjustments if necessary. The door is working well! He saved me the cost of a new install!

Overall they were OK, but on a return visit they wanted to charge us a service call fee to remove a lock on the door that we did not ask for them to install. The service tech was friendly and gave some good advice.

Ok, the service people were very good. I feel the price of the door insulation, opener and installation was a little pricy. Note the price was a discounted price at that.

Our garage door quit working on a Sunday. We called Overhead Garage Door on Sunday but didn't want to pay the $150 upcharge for on call service so we left a message for someone to call us first thing Monday morning to set an appointment for repair. Someone called first thing Monday and we had a service person out within 2 hours. They didn't have the parts needed on hand, but came back promptly on Tuesday and repaired our door. We were very pleased with their service and will use them again.

They were very respectful, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and the service was very quick. I was very pleased.

When I would hit my garage door opener button, the garage opener would make this horrible sound and the door would not open. I had to operate the door manually to get the car out. I called them at approximately 11:15 AM and they said they could have someone out the same day before 5:00 PM with a 30 minute call ahead. Although I didn't get the call ahead call (service rep wrote the wrong number down) the technician showed up at 11:40! I couldn't believe it. Glenn (the technician) listened to the sound the door was making and knew the problem instantly. He got right to work and fixed it as well as taking the time to show me the piece and why it was causing the problem. He sprayed/lubricated the wheels on the tracks before he left. Out of all of the service issues I've had with other companies, it was so awesome not to have problems for once. I will use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them.

I called and asked for help programming my car home buttons. They were able to come soon when it was convenient for me. The work was done under warranty since they had installed new garage doors less than a year ago. The service man who came was a really nice guy. We talked about lots of topics while he continued to work very efficently. He also explained what he was doing as he worked... which explained why I had a hard time trying to do it myself.. I made a mess of things and he got all my remotes and cars working quickly. I will definitely call them again when I need service. Office person was also very nice. She went out of her way to get the work done under warranty.

Not polite on the phone when i asked questions about getting it fixed properly. Not sure why you would assume its working right just because you put a new part in if we continue to have problems with it and contact you.

He arrived on time and promptly got to work. Withing 45 minutes, he was finished and I had 2 new springs installed and a garage door that worked again.

Extremely well. Prompt on time 1 man completed the job in a timely manner and disposed of the old door. Excellent company highly recvcomend.

We were not happy with them at all. There was no followup. The door didn't fit properly. There was very cavalier attitude when they came to replace the door.

Our garage door was 25yrs. old and showing signs of wear. Though it was still operating okay, we decided to replace it before the winter weather set in. We went to the showroom to see the available models. The salesman was helpful and well informed. He discussed the pros and cons of the popular models without being pushy. We found one we liked and decided to have it installed at a later date. Another salesman came out to our house to measure and show us color options. Everything went well the installation. The installer was prompt and knew his craft well. In 2 hours our new door was in place and the old one loaded on the truck. We had a small painting chore to do with the new wood frame installed. This was not difficult and it completed the new look. We are very happy with our new garage door! We chose one with an interior layer of insulation to keep out the winter chill and summer heat. The price was competitive and the warranty is a plus.

they cam out for service the week before and told us we needed a new opener. we provided the product and they came out and installed it for us

I called yesterday complaining that my 10 year old Craftsman garage door opener wasn't working all the time for the last few weeks. They said they could come out the next day between 11 and 2 and check it out. I received a call about 11:30 this morning letting me know that Jason would be here in about 30 minutes. He arrived at 12:00 and said he would do a general tune-up and I asked if the spring should be replaced since it was 10 years old. He said it would be a good idea since they typically last 7 to 10 years. After the tune-up and spring replacement, he couldn't get it to fail, but I was concerned that just this morning, I couldn't get it to open and had to open it manually. He said he could try to replace the circuit board for $175. I asked how much it would be for a new opener and he said they had a $329 basic model or an upgraded one for $369 (with better in garage module, 2 lights instead of one and I think he said it had better remotes too but I'm not sure). Since he wasn't sure what the problem was, I decided to just have him replace the opener with the $369 model. The total came to $494 which was $125 for the spring and tune-up and $369 for the opener. He left about 2:15. Jason was courteous, prompt and professional! The only minus was the price seemed a little high to me.

They are very friendly, respectable, and professional. I am using them again to purchase a garage door opener.

The price was outrageous for a piece of 16 foot rubber. The product was difficult was difficult to install. I'll stay away from Overhead Door products in the future.

They are fantastic. He could not remember what model we had said we wanted for the replacement motor and so instead of bothering me, he just gave us the highest tier that he had available which I thought was pretty great.

They were very responsive. They came out on a Saturday and replaced both springs. The technician was personable, friendly and professional. I would use them again.

I am so grateful to this vendor for the wonderful work done by their repairman, Mike H. After a difficult morning, Mike arrived in a pleasant mood and was very personable. He couldn't have been more professional and conscientious. Intent on doing a good job on my emergency repair, he fixed my automatic garage door, while patiently reassuring me. Because of this exceptional serviceman, my broken door was repaired in a cost-efficient manner. Thank you!
