They were great! Called on Monday, got an estimate that morning, signed the proposal that afternoon, and had the new door and opener when I got home from work Wednesday. There was a very minor problem w/some trim and a small mark on the inside of the door, and they wouldn't let me pay for it until they came out at my convenience to make it right. That's customer service!

They came and adjusted the door and increased it. It was a garage door. It was reasonable. They were fine. Both times, I was satisfied.

On one of our subzero snow days, with a prediction of 4and quot;, my garage door was up and would not come down. I called because their ad promised and quot;service todayand quot;. I explained my problem and the lady who answered the call said she could not send anyone out for 5 days. I am a senior citizen and that door is too heavy for me to put down manually. They certainly do not follow through on their advertisement. I found another company who did come out the same day

Tech arrived on-time, performed the adjustment to my satisfaction at the quoted price. I do not hesitate to recommend Overhead Garage Doors of Indianapolis.

They did a fine job. I paid an additional amount for the deal. They were out twice for the garage door because of unusual circumstances. It was a good deal.

They did a good job. He was pretty much punctual and he did a good job. He was personable, easy to talk to and easy to work with. He got everything done in a timely manner. I had checked with about 4 or 5 different companies and they were the next lowest and they actually price matched the lower price that beat them by a little bit. I was happy.

Repairman arrived between 8 to 12 window provided by Overhead on Saturday, 1/11. Replaced both springs and serviced the door in 45 minutes. Great work.

They not only fixed it, but they reprogrammed our door to work with both our cars, and they lubed the tracks so that it wouldn't sound so loud. The 2 technicians who worked on our door were extremely professional and courteous. The service team (Melissa), was outstanding and took care of our concerns immediately. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service! I will definitely use them again, and I am also recommending them to our neighbors if they have any garage door needs.

It was an excellent experience. It was an emergency and they were able to come on a Saturday to make the repair to get my garage door open. They were the only organization that returned my call. I called 3 different companies. They were professional and competent. I wasn't able to get prices from anyone else.

Excellent. When this house was built the 3rd garage door opener nrver worked right. We called the builder, the electrician, the door company, repeatedly. They would visit and they'd all blame the other guy. Finally in frustration we gave up and ignored the problem since we seldom used the 3rd bay. When we did use it we operated it by hand. Ten years later I met Eric Benson who works for Overhead Door and explained the situation. He said if we called Overhead Door to ask for him and he would definitely fix it. Eric came to our house and in a matter of minutes he fixed the problem and the door has worked fine ever since. He also lubricated all moving parts on all 3 doors, checked their performance and charged a resonable fee for his excellent service. I highly recommend Eric for any automatic garage door problem.

Fixed the problem quickly, I only gave a B for price because I have no reference to what other companies would charge and it seemed pricey.

They were very prompt, we called them and they came out the same day. The service was excellent.

Responsive and helpful

I haven't used them yet as I am in the process of it. They have been very responsive so far. They quoted me $1300 for the work. The only bad experience I had with them was when I stopped by to talk to them about the delay. They were professional and they have recognition of several years.

We are very happy with the door. It took several times for them to get it put up, partly because they thought something with the framework around the garage was not satisfactory. It would cost several thousand dollars to repair it but we had somebody else repair it for about $600. On the one hand I was glad they pointed out the problem but it turned out that they weren't the best value. The second guy they had come out to put in the door, when we thought it was ready, didn't quite know what to do and they had to send out somebody more experienced. We would probably use them again.

Upon our return from a vacation, our garage door was jumping wildly when opening and closing. Our house sitter said it had just happened. It looked as if the entire opener mechanism could fall on one of our cars. We parked our cars outside and got the garage door partially closed. We called Overhead Door th enext day (on the Saturday morning of Thanksgiving weekend) thinking there was no way we would get it looked at until the following week. We were very pleasantly surprised. Our call (9:30 am)to the company's main number was answered immediately, the person on the phone took down the info about what was happening, and a technician called within 10 minutes. I told him what was happening, and he said he would be at our home within 45 minutes to an hour. He was. Bill was very professional, spent quite a bit of time fixing the door (which involved replacing wood and large screws and one roller and a cable) and testing it, also did a regular tune-up. We were told upfront what the minimum cost would be, and the final cost was extremely reasonable (especially adding in the parts). The charge for labor was, if anything, less time than he actually spent (He said he had spent some time on the phone with other customers who had emergencies, so he didn't want to charge us for the whole time he was here). Bill explained all the repairs he had done and we were happy to write the check! Our previous experiences with this company on non-emergency service have also been top-notch. This was a totally extraordinary customer service experience!
