Overhead door was great. They were able to respond quickly, within a couple of hours, give me good advice and fixed my garage door without a hitch.

He came out and fixed my garage door very quickly. I had a second home nearby, and I asked him if he would mind taking a look at the garage door there as well. He stopped by and gave me some advice on what to do. He was very thorough.

The service was done in a punctual and professional manner. We were afraid we would have to replace the tracks on the door as well but it was just a motor that was old and no longer able to function well.

Excellent! We came home one day to find our operator was broken and needed to be replaced. The service representative came to our house that eveing to assess the problem and placed the order for our new operator. Until then, the service representative spent the time releasing the tension off of our heavy, solid wood door, so that we could lift the door until the new operator system came in. Due to our schedule, we were not able to be home when the new operator came in, but that did not hinder the installation. The Service representative came and installed the new operator system and left the door openers - making it very easy for us!

Very good. The garage door and opener were reasonably priced, of good quality, and installation was well done. We are happy with the new door and it is a definite improvement over our old one. The only concern we had was that replacement of the trim on the garage door frame was not done as part of the door installation and had to be scheduled for a couple of weeks later. It was obvious that in replacing the keypad for the opener (different size from our old one) that the trim would need to be replaced, so it would have been better for us to have the complete job done all at once or at least within a couple of days rather than in two separate stages.

I thought my gate opener was shot and a new one was required. The repairman had it working in a matter of minutes, explained the issue and how I could fix if it happened again. He also thoroughly explained other features of my opener and how they worked. A great experience.

They came out and did their job. The price didn't seem outrageous. They were here fairly quickly, it was within a day or so. They fixed it in a few hours and then that was it.

Great experience. I thought the problem would be more severe. Quick diagnosis and excellent solution that fixed the door but at a reasonable price. Involved work on the tracks to allow the door to close without binding. Great company that I would recommend

Called Overhead door and they came out same day. The guy was very professional and quick with the repair. He even oiled all the hinges and adjusted the garage door opener to ensure the door went down all the way like it was suppose to. Very pleased with the service!!

FREEZING cold temps and not a single complaint from the workers. Job done, fair price.

The scheduling situation was ridiculous. I was informed that they had received the work order, and someone would be out within a week, they would call to schedule the appointment, probably Monday or Tuesday. That was on a Tuesday that I received this call. The next point of contact was the following Wednesday, where I was told and quot;yeah, we'd like to schedule your appointment for next Thursdayand quot;--that's more than two weeks after I actually had service requested. For a garage door opener installation that seems a bit ridiculous. For the scheduling and professionalism involved around this issue, I give them a very low grade. Punctual on the follow up, appointment, OR scheduling, pretty much an F. Installer (erik) made the experience more enjoyable. Once the appointment was scheduled I received a call to confirm on Wednesday, and then a call 30 minutes prior to installer's time of arrival (as requested). Installer arrived in time frame of scheduled appointment, and within the 30 minute heads up window. He went right to work, was personable and answered all questions I had. Service completed rapidly (within about 45 minutes), provided the extra services I needed, and even offered to sell me a keypad instead of the extra remotes to keep the cost down. Instead, he ended up unintentionally upselling me into spending more (which is okay, need all products sold). Installer gets all and quot;A'sand quot;. Would use again. Would be more specific in setting expectations for when they would be out, and holding them to that. More importantly, believe a company this size should be able to move on residential customers within less than 2 weeks, even less than a week actually.

It did not turn out to be a good experience. The short story was I ran into my garage and I rang them and asked them to look at the door. They were supposed to call me back. They never did when arranged. I told them there was nothing wrong with one of the doors. When they finally called, the neighbors let them in and replaced parts of the door that there was nothing wrong with. I told them the seal did not need to be replaced on one of the doors and they replaced it. Now one of the seals in one door is black and on the other door, the seal is tanned They said they will refund me as they charged me one hundred dollars. I called two weeks later and another guy came out and managed to convince them to give me my money back. He claims we did not tell him what to do. That is a stupid answer. It would depend on who they send out, if I used them again. The first guy did not know what he was doing.
