ONiT Painting

I could write a book about how great it went. First the manager came out and as a disabled veteran, gave me a discount. Then the project manager came out and explained the process. Then the painters came, and I was amazed. In 2 and 1/2 days my house was transformed into a home that my neighbors envy, as I have shown it off to all of them. At the end of the project I was nervous about the clean up and how long it would take me. To my surprise they did the clean up and left my home spotless. The workers were so great that I would leave the house to stay out of their way and there were no problems. No matter how many times I called (I get anxious) the office manager treated me with nothing but kindness and patience. Seriously, I can not say enough about these people.....and you should know I rarely give praise. But this was so much more than I anticipated I had to write. They promised me several things, and on every one they exceeded the promises. Hate to sound gushy, but A++++++++! Hire these guys and gals)!!!! The only reason I have not submitted photos is because I have about 30 showing how great my home looks!

Did a great job. They worked quick and cleaned everything before they left. Everything looks wonderful.

Completed our project in one 12 hour day. # men worked diligently the entire time. I couldn't believe that our work could be completed that quickly and efficiently. Outstanding job!

Supervisors checked on paint crew daily. Painters were professional and did a quality job.

Excellent. With a crew of 3 painters, they were very efficient with their time; very professional; respectful of me and my home. Very pleasant and answered any and all of my questions during the process. The project manager stopped by and/or called to see if I had any questions or issues with the project.

Painters were very nice and professional. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with their work. My house looks great! Every evening when I come home from work, it makes me so happy when I see how pretty my house now looks!

We did not use their services. I called to set up estimate, they never showed. I was told that there was a mix up with the schedule. Another date was made, this time they showed and I was told I'd get an estimate when he got back to the office ..that was a month ago. Sorry but I'm not going to be you to do our work. Went with a different company.

Chris is the type of business owner that should be the model for all. Effective and frequent communications, down to earth and explained everything very clearly. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and even went out of his way to find someone to do a smaller job that didn't fit the profile of his company. PAINTCO's is going right in my contact list for the next time I need a paint job. Thanks Chris!

Hard working excellent quality staff was great from start to finish.

Project went well. Painters arrived on schedule and stayed until 7 pm the first day in order to complete most of the work as rain was forecasted for the following evening. Painters cleaned up the work site after day 1. Painters arrived on time the 2nd day and completed the work well before the evening rain arrived. Project leader was very courteous and asked permission to stay late the first day. He walked me through the completed work and made sure a few minor touch ups were completed after our review. The crew had to work around quite a bit of landscape shrubbery and flowers around the perimeter of the house and did very little damage (just a few paint splotches on one plant and a few leaves stepped on). I could find no paint drips, very clean work. The crew also cleaned up the tape and paper used during the painting process, I only found a few pieces they missed which is understandable as the materials blended in with the color of the rock bed. The estimator also did a great job of explaining the process and costs. The entire paint crew was courteous and worked quietly - very important if you work out of your home. The paint they use is a very good quality with a good warranty.

From the estimate to the completion of the work, this was all done in less than a week. These guys are extremely professional and thorough. They followed up with calls to make sure all work was completed as described and if it met our expections, which it did. We were very pleased with everything Paintco Professional Painters did.

They did a great job for us, easy communication beginning to end, with quick responses to any and all of my questions. We didn't have enough room in our garage to set up the paint booth so the team lead took the doors home to complete the project in our 2-3 day quoted time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! We are in love with our kitchen!

Never contacted me and never showed up. Very nice to talk to but they do not live up to what they tell you they will do.

They showed up on time for the Estimate Appointment. Emailed me a quote the same day. Did the painting 3 days later. I was not there while they painted and when I came back the only way I knew they were there was the walls were a different color. They patched every hole, took off every light and electrical switch. There was not a run anywhere or a mess of any kind. So pleased, beautiful work at a reasonable price. Very professional.

They did an excellent job! The crew showed up early, worked all day and cleaned the space before they were finished. I am super happy with the results and highly recommend them. I will be using them again.

Very good experience. We signed up for a free estimate at the home show, and decided to go with this company because of their attention to detail during the estimating process. Scheduled for late April and they kept the appointment. Arrived daily between 8:30 -9:00am daily and worked until about 7:00pm. Took 3 days to complete. Estimate included the Sherwin-Williams premium paint. Covered our contents and floor, and assisted in moving the large furniture pieces, also returning to their original locations when the job was complete. Prep work included masking and taping as well as crack and nail pop repair. Cleaned up daily and were very respectful of our home during he process. Price was competitive for 2 men x 3 days. Very satisfied with the results!

Paintco was wonderful to work with. From the estimate to the painting, to the final walk-through, they were professional, prompt, and courteous. They were easy to communicate with and did an awesome job painting the exterior of our home. They were able to do an estimate and then start work within days. They completed the job quickly and it looks great. The manager even conducted a final walk-through prior to final payment to make sure we were totally satisfied. It was wonderful to work with them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing painting work done.

I needed an update in my home and painting seemed to be the answer. I contacted Paintco and they came out and gave me an estimate. We set up a time for them to complete the painting and they were quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable for the job and time they spent at my home. Paintco was very friendly and respectful. They completed the job in the time frame they had said. Very good painting job!

From the initial free estimate to the final walk through with Paintco was a great experience. I had them paint the interior of my house and they offered me a discount to paint the exterior since I was going to have that done as well, so I had them do it. Could not be happier with the work that was provided. They were very professional, courteous, and timely. Hands down best painting contractors here locally in Indy.
