The project manager Mike was very good and easy to work with. The onsite supervisor Luis and his crew did a great job with the painting and trim repairs (for dry rot) and the house now looks great! I have already been getting compliments from my neighbors on good it looks. Nice job Paintco!

Paintco did a great job painting. They were competitive in pricing (worked with me). They went out of their way to match up the paint color I wanted. Communication was good, Clean-up was good. I would use them again.

My exterior looks great. I will hire them when I am ready for interior painting.

I'm really torn between a B and a C for this company. I'd honestly give a B- if I could. The salesperson that came out originally was extremely professional and did a great job, or so I thought, but it became apparent once the job was underway that there were miscommunications and it was not 100% clear to the crew what was to be completed. I was told the job would take 2 days to complete. The "crew" was only 2 people so I'm not surprised it ended up taking 4 days to complete. They used the wrong color in a couple of areas but this was easily fixed. I felt they could have been more professional such as laying down plastic sheeting, etc. over major walkways. They didn't even really use tarps much and ended up getting brown paint on our beige carpet, it came up but you can still see the stain a little. We will forever be finding white paint flecks on our hardwood floors because they guys were honestly sloppy. The end result looks ok but it was stressful getting there. The only saving grace was our project manager, Mike, who was very responsive and came out to the house several times and did his best to make sure we were satisfied. A for effort on his part but between the miscommunications and the quality of work done I can't say I would recommend them unfortunately.

Paintco was very easy to work with and completed nearly all the work without affecting my busy schedule. The team did fantastic carpentry repairs and a great, professional job painting my home. The offer high quality work at a reasonable price point.

I am very pleased. The cabinets look great. Barry is quite the professional and knows his stuff. Cabinet painting is a process and can't be rushed. The job took 3+ days to allow for the multiple coats of primer, finish, but mostly drying. I would definitely use Paintco again. I didn't put a 5 on the price because painting cabinets is expensive. In all fairness I did not price check with others who specialize in cabinets.

I am very pleased with the quality of work from Paintco. The paint job on the trim and gutters is excellent. They even painted the lintels above my windows and garage door, which made a HUGE difference. The Paintco team was great to work with. Matt, Emilie, and Nate were professional and responsive during the whole process. I highly recommend Paintco to anyone looking for great quality and value.

It went fantastic. Matt was very responsive and came out quickly. Due to the 4th, the schedule was a little backed up–understandably. I was just excited to be on the books to get painting done. When the crew came out, they worked extremely hard and took great care. I couldn’t believe how crisp and clean the lines were. All around, just a great experience. The house looks totally different.

The painters were extremely polite and worked very hard and did an excellent job. The only (minor) issue was estimating the time for the project. The total job was originally projected to last 2-1/2 to 3 days, but it took a little over three days to complete the job, possibly because it took a little longer to remove the wall paper than projected. This was not a problem for us since we are retired. We would definitely use these painters again.

Good work, punctual, worked hard to get it all done within the span of two good weather days. They also power washed much of the house, which I was not expecting!

All went well, they were able to schedule me quicker than normal because we had an empty house. Free quote was taken in a timely fashion. After decision to accept quote, they were able to get a crew out to start. Had a minor delay due to a color matching issue on the trim which added a day, but they were able to fix promptly to ensure we were happy. Took almost 4 days all together. They did minor patch work prior to paint where applicable. Staff was nice. I grade per my experience. Could it be cheaper, probably, but quality of paint and work was high. Crew was not on the dot on time everytime, but within 15-20 minutes of scheduled times which was not an issue for me. I would recommend Paintco for interior painting needs.

I was very pleased with the work and professionalism of the contractor. This was not a large job, but I was treated like I was important to them.

Very well. We loved the care that went into the painting. Very professional from start to finish. The painters showed up on time every day and kept us informed every step of the way. They were careful with our furniture and kept everything clean and tidy.

The workers they've sent, which was 4, did a very good job. Worked professionally and with efficiency. They took two day for all the interior. Oh the price, i did some other estimates around and they had the best price with the best deadline. Their close date agenda were open, which also was a favorable point to me. They left the place clean without any mess.

We had a rough start, but the end result was great. The first crew of painters did a very poor job. I contacted Nate and was assured that the company would solve all of my issues. They did and I am very happy with the work done by Barry and Christian. I am very pleased that Paintco took care of me as a customer. I have three other rooms that I plan to have painted either this fall or next spring. I will call Paintco again!
